I don’t normally put negative stuff on FB but just had a chat with Virgin Media because they have put my price up while still in contract. Anyway, as you know I’m a polite and friendly guy and her accent sounded Portuguese. So while she was going into my account and me being Portuguese I very politely said “you sound Portuguese”, her reply: “Yes sir but that is irrelevant to this call”. wtf! My reply was “wow, great customer service, you’re right it is irrelevant and thank you for pointing that out to me”. Her day would go a lot better if she had a friendly positive attitude. People like this have no business being in customer service’s or customer interaction… I have 4 accounts with them. Think it’s time to change. Well done .

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST: On the 21st of November 2023, a van collided with one of our chauffeur cars, leaving the chauffeur and passenger shocked. What's even more astonishing is that When our chauffeur diligently sought the driver’s details, he brazenly told him to FO!! Equally shocking, when the passenger asked for information, she received the same disrespectful response before the driver got back in his van and drove away. In a bid to address this, I contacted , only to be told they lack a contact number for such incidents and would resort to an email and some one would be in touch. No communication has been received thus far. The staggering absence of respect and accountability, both from the driver and , is profoundly disheartening.
