We've just found out it's National Clean Our Your Fridge Day today. What better way to mark the occasion than with a freshly made cocktail in hand using those bits and bobs left over from last week's grocery shop?

You may have noticed that we've been quiet for a while, but that doesn't mean we've been quiet behind the scenes. Quite the opposite, in fact. We've been hard at work putting together a series of special how to videos, designed to give you a small taste of what to expect on one of our award-winning cocktail masterclasses - and to teach you a few of our favourite recipes while we're at it.

​So, without further ado, here's our main man, Kay Huxley, to take us through an all-time classic of the cocktail canon across the pond, the sweet-savoury and ever-so moreish Paloma 🇲🇽🐦

​Also featuring heavily is 's beautiful Plata Tequila, whose grassy, herbaceous flavours form the perfect backbone to a lip-smackingly good cocktail.

Since our conception in 2008, Mixology Events have been delivering mobile cocktail making classes and bar hires across London & the UK.

In March 2017, we managed to wrangle ourselves a permanent home, and now also provide cocktail classes in house at Mixology Studios, a former police station in the vibrant area of Shoreditch, east London.
