We had the pleasure of providing our , drinks reception and services.
With 110 guests, an English ceremony, Persian ceremony and multiple services provided by us, it was a very busy day for us at but we thoroughly enjoyed being part of the .
is one of our local venues which we are a preferred supplier for and with their great venue staff and our hospitality staff we had a great team to ensure the wedding ran smoothly.

season is officially in full swing
This weekend we provided our and services at Tash and Vads wedding in Basingstoke.
The bride was super organised but wanted some help on the day to bring everything she had planned together.
Our service is tailored to suit all our clients requirements and provide liaison with suppliers in the 6 week run up to the wedding, regular contact with clients including calls, emails and visits to the venue and coordination on the day.

provided gorgeous Greek food for the guests and a smooth dinner service with their experienced staff.

We had a surprise arranged by the mother of the groom: Riverdance dancers, who were incredible.

We provided our service which we thoroughly enjoyed doing for such a lovely couple and guests.

What an amazing day we had coordinating Rosie and TJ’s at The day was very special with personal and unique touches.

A beautiful little chapel wedding followed by a marquee wedding reception.

We were delighted to work with Little Piggies Catering, ,The Thirsty Ferrier and .

The wedding was extra special for us, as we were booked from a personal recommendation made by the sister of a groom who we coordinated for in Kent a few years ago.

Well, what a July it has been for us at On The Day Events.

July is usually one of our busiest months for weddings but instead of coordinating weddings, we have been working hard to support our clients with their postponements.

We have managed to successfully rebook all our existing clients to new dates in 2021 and 2022.
