Sammy is busy checking a client’s graphics to make sure they’re in perfect condition before we begin pre-build for an event in July.

It’s one of many checks we make before an event – helping to minimise surprises, keep installations running smoothly, and give everyone confidence that the stand will look exactly as it should when it arrives on-site.

The little details matter. Luckily, we've got people who care about them. 👌

Behind every event… there’s this 👇

It’s been a big week supporting our client Connected Places Catapult at their annual summit at Convene, London.

For us, it always starts back at HQ with final prep and a team briefing – making sure everything (and everyone!) is ready before heading on-site.

Install day: the prep pays off. Lightboxes up, graphics in place, and the space starting to come together ahead of over 1,100 delegates, industry leaders and innovators.

Fast forward to showtime… and the energy in the room has been electric. A brilliant event bringing together the people shaping the future of transport, construction and data infrastructure across the UK.

Now, as the final day wraps up, it’s onto pack-down – carefully dismantling, packing, and transporting everything back to our storage facility, ready to go again next time.

A huge thank you to everyone involved – and a special shoutout to Alex for leading another smooth and seamless install.
