What a great turn out today with Age UK Kent Rivers Pop Up Health & Wellbeing. A mainly seated exercise class to help with strength, mobility and balance, building confidence after a fall or helping with mobility problems. For anyone over 50 who wants to stay independent. At the end a cup of tea and time to socialise. Classes are held at The Howard Venue on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 1.30pm
