I’m loving going inwards over the past week and plan to continue until the end of this week.

I’ve felt the natural pull towards going more into spiritual and self development. Which has been my 3pm ritual for the last year.

I create a ceremonial space for myself with my cacao, where I meditate to connect to my higher self and inner being. To raise my frequency to bring balance to my mind and body. Or journaling through divine guidance that comes through.

I’ve been journaling following the steps in this great book- to reflect over the past year and get clear about what my heart is calling me to do.

After the feeling of disappointment towards the end of this year, as I experience the same pain and symptoms despite all I’ve done to assist my body’s healing process. Along with the various obstacles I’ve faced that have effected my business. Time to be still, let go of expectations and call upon my inner wisdom to guide my next steps over this new year ✨💖

This time of year can be filled with joy and laughter but it can also make people feel incredibly lonely and overwhelmed.

It's common to see an abundance of chocolate around at Christmas, but did you know that with real, pure chocolate (cacao) we can actually use it to help us rather than make us feel guilty about over-indulging? It's just a matter of finding the right type of chocolate!

Reflection

Sunday is a good day to reflect on how our week has gone. This time of the year especially, it's powerful to have a practise of reflecting on the year behind us. It enables us to pick out what we enjoyed, what worked out for us and why. It's also a way of recognising patterns and habits that didn't serve us.

One thing that I am realising through my reflecting practise, is that over the past few years, around this time of year I've been getting ill. I'm sat at home now, with the flu, feeling terrible and frustrated at having to cancel my fun plans I had over the wknd.

But you know something, I took this as a great opportunity to begin my years reflecting earlier, and had a huge realisation in doing so. I am not living my best life in the way that I have been living. After I overcame fibromyalgia, over a decade ago, I returned to Guatemala every year. To reconnect to myself, to nature, to my spiritual practise. I did this every year, until the pandemic stopped things. And so the last 3 years, I have spent the whole winter in the UK (apart from a week or 2 holiday in January) and it is not serving me.

It has been hard to see that pattern when in the thick of things, busy 'doing'. It's only been whilst giving myself time out to really reflect over my year, and how I am aligning with my values, doing what I love and living my best life - that it's become very clear to me that something has to change. I'm really excited about next year, because it will be all about bringing my life more into alignment with what brings me the most joy! Which is what life is all about right?!

I'll actually be sharing a masterclass on this process next month - guiding through a process of reflecting and visioning your ideal future - to focus on aligning more with joy. To start to intentionally create the life you really want, rather than feeling like life is just happening to you, or even worse feeling like you're fire-fighting your way through life!

How to Start Journaling for Personal Growth

Are you ready to connect with your deepest thoughts and set powerful intentions? Journaling can help you reflect, release, and manifest your goals. Here’s how to get started:

When is the Best Time to Journal?
The best time is when your mind is clear and open—right after meditation or visualisation is perfect. Your awareness is heightened, and you’re more in tune with your true desires and thoughts.

Steps to Begin:
1. Create a Calm Space: Light a candle, grab a warm drink, and make your environment peaceful.
2. Start Simple: Write down three things you’re grateful for, then ask yourself, “What do I need to release today?”
3. Set Intentions: Reflect on your day, your goals, or what you’re manifesting. Journaling right after meditation helps solidify your visualisation into something tangible.

Why Journal?
- It helps clarify your thoughts and feelings.
- It’s a way to release emotions and reduce stress.

Taking Charge of My Health

Throughout my health journey, I’ve learned how important it is to be mindful of what our bodies are exposed to. And through my research I’ve been shocked to discover how many hidden toxins we are being needlessly exposed to. Which is why I’ve been sharing these posts just to raise awareness.

The most shocking thing I’ve found is the lack of regulations around safety testing of period products. And so some products will be made with a lot of chemicals that we are being continually exposed to that so many people aren’t aware of.

The va**na is one of the most absorbent areas of the body, so we must be extra careful with the products we use. That’s why I made the conscious decision to only use organic, body safe products, that are transparent about exactly what they’re made from.

It blows my mind that these big companies have been allowed to sell products covered in chemicals that are in contact with highly absorbent tissue. That are then sat there for hours leeching heavy metals or hormone disrupting chemicals into the body.

We have to make a stand against this and demand to know what exactly is in any product that we are exposing our bodies to.

11/11 - A great day for manifesting 💕

I love being playful and enjoy following a manifestation practise throughout the year.

It doesn’t have to be at specific times, but I do think the more meaning we hold behind our practice, the more we will get from it.

I am always talking about the power of intention in my coaching and cacao ceremonies. And I love to work with clients to intentionally creating the life they dream of. Working on aligning with their life goals, coaching them through moving past old limiting beliefs and patterns that may be holding them back. And working through my coaching process to dream big and take inspired action to line up with achieving their dream goals.

I believe we can all achieve what we put our minds to, if it’s aligned with our hearts desires.

And the most powerful way to enhance manifesting is through working with ceremonial cacao. I have been using this technique for years and have had amazing successes with it!

Ceremonial cacao has powerful effects on the brain, enhancing right brain activity- which is our more expansive thinking, creative thinking and intuition. Making it perfect for working with visualisation and manifesting.

I have connected with so many amazing future visions through this process, divinely guided by my inner being.

Just listened to an interview with Jane Fonda sharing about the Harvard medical school study that showed the importance of women friendships. And apparently for women, lacking women friends, it’s as dangerous for health as smoking.

Big statement there! But what I take from that is the reminder that;-

1- we’re not meant to be isolated, we need lots of human connection to be healthy, at our most happy and fulfilled.

2- Being around good friends that we can really just be ourselves with is so good for us, and a huge source of stress relief.

3- there’s something really special and powerful that happens when women come together. That sense of unity and sisterhood.

Which made me reflect over the last 6 months where I was involved in an amazing shared journey with a group of incredible women. This was the Accelerate program, which was such a beautiful reminder of the power of women coming together to support, encourage and inspire each other.

Something I experience all the time in my cacao ceremonies, but there was something really exciting about women coming together within a leadership setting, from a range of industries, who really care about empowering those around them alongside growth and development.

It can be so easy to get caught up with everyday life as you get older. And as a business owner, I know it can be very isolating and when you’re so passionate about what you’re doing it can fill up every spare moment. But it’s so important to make time for social interactions and good friendships. Especially with people you really vibe with!

Always a great reminder to make more time, and what I love most is when you suddenly meet someone you just instantly click with, and you start to form solid friendship groups who really align with who you are.

I’m so grateful to have connected with such amazing women over this past 6 months, who have really inspired me, encouraged and supported me. And I would recommend to women looking for this type of empowering support & interaction!

This is the time of the year when I naturally start to go into hibernation mode. There’s just nothing calling me to go outside when it’s so dreary and wet. And actually I really love spending the time getting cosy and doing things that light me up. Whether that’s watching a sweet film, reading a great book or enjoying a cacao ceremony day Today was a cacao ceremony day 🤎 This time of year, I start to reflect over where I’m at and where I want to be. This month for me is all about looking over the past year and reflecting on how it’s been, celebrating my wins, reviewing the challenges. And deciding how I want to improve things for next year. Today I felt like I needed a boost of motivation and so set the intention to be guided to inspired ideas. This is how I love to work with cacao and how I guide most of my ceremonies. Connecting within, and asking for guidance. Meditating, to get out of my own way and then journaling to see what comes through. And I’m excited to say Ive had amazing ideas streaming through. I run Transformational Cacao Yoga retreats around the world. Choosing high energy, awe-inspiring places of natural beauty and wonder to hold them in order to allow for exciting changes!

Along with my retreats I work with clients 1-1 following my unique process within my RE-Invent Coaching program. This is a powerful transformation program and requires a strategy session before to assess if you are ready for this amount of change! I am proud to say that I have a high success rate with my clients and plan to keep it that way! I am 100% committed to supporting, guiding and coaching my clients to achieve fulfillment in all areas of their life in order to reach high standards of living and pursuing a life of their dreams.

I only take on 10 priority lifestyle clients each year - to follow my coaching program and have access to the best experts for each lifestyle area - ranging from nutrition, personal training to therapy work. This really is elite training for high performance standards, with a luxury 5* retreat to complete each year cycle.

Alongside this, I take on just 5 new clients at each new intake which begin with a retreat for the 6 month program.
