Please arrival at 11am.

11:15am -12:30 pm - Beginners Class 9+ with Manijeh

Intermediate GCSE class with Soosan

11:45-12:30 - Under 8s with Shirin

12:30pm-1pm - Lunch

1pm- 2pm - Healthy Salads vegan and veggie by Solmaz

2pm- 3pm - Dance with Shewa

1pm-3 pm - Sports with Saman

IYDA is pleased to introduce their new Unit Manager Solmaz Kennedy and wishes Solmaz all the best in her new role.

Solmaz Kennedy has a professional background in Theatre and Photography, having studied at Tehran Azad Art and Architecture University and London Metropolitan University.

Throughout her professional life, she has worked in the arts and heritage sectors and has been involved in exhibitions in the capacities of both artist and curator in a range of venues from pop up shows, galleries to heritage sites.

Solmaz is passionate about the benefits of art and culture, and thrives on learning about different backgrounds as well as introducing her own heritage to others. Solmaz currently leads on Volunteering at Rosetta Arts, London.

IYDA reopened at its new venue on Sunday 30 July 2023 and will be open every 2nd & 4th Sunday during term time

The timings for each session will be:
11am – 12.30pm Farsi classes (for Beginners aged over 9 years and Intermediate & GCSE)
11.45am -12.30pm Farsi for under 8’s
12.30-1pm lunch (please bring your own)
1-3pm – sports, dance, heritage and arts activities
