The news is out! As we usher in a new era for the hotel through our multi-million-pound refurbishment, Shanghai Me and Mr Porter will open their doors at London Hilton on Park Lane later this year.

Shanghai Me, a pan-Asian restaurant described as a ‘Made in Dubai’ dining experience, will open on our 28th floor alongside lounge concept Bund, replacing Galvin at Windows. This will see the dining room refurbished with deep red velvet chairs and low lighting inspired by 1930s Shanghai.

Mr Porter, an acclaimed Amsterdam fine dining steakhouse, will open over the lower floor of the hotel, replacing Old Trader Vics. Guests will enter into an expansive central bar before making their way to the formal dining area which includes a lounge, chef’s table and open kitchen fire.

Throwing it back to the swinging ‘60s. 🕺We recently celebrated our 60th anniversary in grand style, with a joyous celebration to commemorate this significant milestone. Welcoming 500 guests to our Grand Ballroom for a truly unforgettable ‘60s themed celebration, the ‘60s vibes were in full force! Memorable moments included engaging performances by go-go dancers, celebrity lookalikes and a traditional brass band welcoming guests — paying homage to how the hotel commemorated its opening in 1963. #60years #60anniversary #celebration
