Last week we held an event at Hotel Casa Fuster for one of our clients and used every space in this video which we took at our recce.
We discovered this gem at a networking event by Grupo eventoplus .
The moment we first entered the hotel last year, we fell in love!

Thanks to Micebook we went to see Farm Urban, a Liverpool urban farm based in a Victorian tunnel underneath the Baltic Triangle. ๐ฑ
Why Vertical Farming?
Vertical farms occupy unused spaces such as buildings or shipping containers, using over 90% less water since they can recapture and recycle water and use no chemicals nor pesticides. In addition to this, the towers are filled with a grow media made from recycled plastic. โป๏ธ
Indoor farming can be good for the environment because it massively reduces the amount of fossil fuels needed for farming equipment which is not required to sow, fertilize, weed or harvest crops.
Farm Urban in Liverpool was born in 2013, aiming to find healthier and more sustainable solutions to the broken food system. Itโs based underneath a school and students actively help growing crops and constantly looking for new way to improve the current system. ๐งโ๐
The team has now developed and installed small scale urban farming systems across the city, using these systems to engage communities and help people to grow fresh nutritious food locally. ๐ฌ๐งโ๐ฌ๐ฅผ

We held quite a special dinner for a private client in @thestaffordlondon cellars last week.
Built in the 17th Century by Lord Francis Godolphin and used as an air raid shelter during WWII, these fascinating cellars house over 8,000 bottles of the Worldโs finest wines.
