Dessert, theatre-style 🎭🧁

As we say goodbye to the 's sixth run of Hamlet, we're looking back at this incredible dessert station from its press night.

Our chefs baked hundreds of mini cakes for the event, including lemon drizzle, carrot and coffee & chocolate, but it was this skull cake cooked up by a partner of one of the cast members that took centre stage!

The team has developed the perfect festive sharing menu packed with seasonal crowd pleasers like cauliflower fritti & aioli; beetroot-cured trout & crème fraîche; rarebit & pickled brussels sprouts; turkey stuffed porchetta; and deep-fried spuds & chianti vinegar.

And it wouldn’t be a Forza Christmas without Custardos™, or chocolate orange popping candy soft serve to finish, plus an expansive drinks menu that includes house cocktails and low intervention wines.
