Catering na ponad 200 osob na uroczystosc 70lecia istnienia Polskiej Szkoly Przedmiotow Ojczystych im. Marii Konopnickiej w Londynie.
Mam nadzieje ze wszystko smakowalo..
Ogromne podziekowania wszystkim ktorzy mieli swoj wklad przez pomoc przy przygotowaniu potraw, serwowaniu czy sprzataniu po uroczystosci. Bez was by sie to nie udalo.😘😘😘

Birthday cake for my son, vanilla sponge cake with layer of:
- kit kat cream and Raspberry jelly
- white chocolate mousse with Raspberry and white chocolate crunch
- white chocolate whipped ganache with cherries,
Covered with black coloured chocolate ganache.

Fire cake for little firefighters fan. Chiffon sponge cake with 3 different layers of cream:
- lemon cream with white chocolate and Raspberry crunch
- kinder bueno cream and Raspberry jelly
- Raspberry mouse with Maltesers
Covered with chocolate ganache. Edible decoration made with buttercream and rice paper.
