Did you know that Our Ghanaian 🇬🇭 Sh*to Aromatic chilli sauces including our Green Scotch Bonnet chilli sauce have been laboratory tested by Campden BRI Laboratories a leader in global food and drink science and research for Clostridium Botulinum a bacteria found in food that can be fatal if eaten and absolutely ‘0’ ZERO detection were found!

We do not add any acidity or any artificial preservative to our sauces due to it affecting the final taste, even though Acidification is one means of preventing bacteria growth in addition to preserving food products.

As with the taste, well, The ‘Great Taste’ Judges, the world's largest and most trusted food and drink accreditation scheme didn’t shy away from shouting about it hence given them the OUTSTANDING’ Award 🥇

Our New Business Development Director, Mr Isaac Agbosu AGbosu Isaacs

Isaac brings a fresh approach and over 20
years wealth of marketing experience in the Food and Drink Industry.

He’s always had a keen eye for attractive branding and believes in order for a product to gain visibility anywhere, the design and packaging has to turn heads! However he adds that the product itself has to also be second to none!

He is already capitalising on social media platforms to recruit key influencers and implementing value-adding strategies to increase product and service profitability.

In his free time, you can find Isaac cheering on the Arsenal Football team regardless of loss or win 😃. Fact: Isaac is famously known in the Tema New Town community, in Ghana, where he has been officiating football games alongside coaching and mentoring. He is a very likeable charming gentleman and everyone speaks well of him.

Elated to finally announce that we were the chosen Caterers (www.justcoscatering.co.uk) for this amazing drama, commissioned by ITV’s Head of Drama Polly Hill, which will premiere exclusively on ITVX in the UK from 22 December.

Amazon Studios have also co-produced the series and will air in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Nordics, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Riches (A Greenacre Film Production) follows the exploits of the stylish, privileged and super-successful Richards family led by London based business mogul Stephen Richards (Hugh Quarshie).

As the cast were mostly African we made a conscious effort to feed them the African way with tons of moreish African cuisines like our famous Ghanaian Jollof that CJ Beckford who plays Andre has now become an adopted son by force!

It was an absolute pleasure being part of it and I must say the reviews were fantastic as always.

After series of opportunities working with ITV, It’s fair to say Just ‘Cos Catering has made our mark.
