Bickles home platters is a service provided to those of you who want to entertain at home. Small and medium sized bespoke party menus are prepared and delivered to your location. Menus range from traditional Caribbean favourite such as: jerk chicken, curry goat etc to more contemporary dishes such as: prawn tempura with soy dipping sauce, grilled bream with mustard and tarragon sauce served with tender stem broccoli, shallots and baby roasted potatoes also braised oxtail with asparagus & creamy cauliflower mash to give a few examples.
All you need to do is call, chose and order. Orders will be accepted subject to conditions ie: times & availability.
