This exquisite dinner showed how small can be utterly spectacular.

Coordinated and planned by and from - collaborating on this beautiful event was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The focus on detail, the immaculate food, the breathtaking flowers, the glorious setting and the sense of joy and warmth from all involved made this a night to remember for many summers to come 💙🤩👌🤌

The newly renovated Orangery at Kensington Palace provided an idyllic setting under azure skies for this happy lunch party.

After a delicious lunch of burrata, sea bass and fillet of beef, during which an intriguing murder mystery played out, guests took to the pristine lawns.

Here, with cocktails and ice cream to fuel the afternoon, striped deckchairs to relax in and traditional garden games to entertain, the perfect summer afternoon unfolded 💙☀️

The Victoria & Albert Museum never looks anything other than sensational as an event backdrop.

For this early June dinner, we made the most of the magnificent John Madejski Garden for the pre dinner reception. Guests enjoyed Nordic style cured fish and a selection of Spanish specialities, including the famous pata negra, whilst soaking up the atmosphere in this wonderful al fresco space.

Over in the Raphael Court, the dinner tables were beautifully decorated by our friend and elegantly lit by .productionsltd

This was one of the most stylish events of the summer so far 💙🤩

This pretty dinner on a sunny evening in the divine Little Banqueting House shows just how stunning a small event can be in this venue renowned for its magnificent size and scale.

The feeling of grandeur and opulence in this charming building, set within the palace gardens on the banks of the River Thames, is heightened by the paintings and ceiling murals by Antonio Verrio that date back to the 18th century. It also has views over the river and towards the main palace from its windows.

This hidden gem can accommodate events for up to 50 guests 🏰🖼️💙

Overlooked by Whistlejacket, this recent event blew us away for the supreme elegance of the setting, the three magnificent oval food bars (amuse bouche, sushi and dishes from the British pantry) and the creative approach of everyone involved in its delivery.

Our first event was a stunner.

Organised and co-ordinated by the brilliant team this cosy dinner sat elegantly within the impressive architecture of the domed church (designed by Sir Christopher Wren).

The space at St Stephen Walbrook is flexible and atmospheric, resonating with a rich history. Nestled in the heart of the Square Mile, it is a gem of a venue for receptions (up to 200) and dinners (up to 80) 💙⛪️

We LOVED playing our part in this showstopper of a birthday celebration created on Saturday by the talented Jeremy Garson - definitely the party palace this weekend 💙

Elegant drinks to the elegant sounds of the harp, a fine dining feast in the staggering Great Hall (Dorset crab, fillet of beef and apple tarte tatin 😍), and then down to the Undercroft for dancing, cocktails and midnight munchies. A happy, happy night for everyone involved 🪩🏰

A mesmerising blue toned lighting scheme created an ocean-like atmosphere in the Hintze Hall, for a spectacular dinner we created with our friends

With Hope the blue whale swimming majestically above the tables, the scene was set for guests to enjoy a very special experience of fine dining and entertainment.

A Nightmare at the Movies 🎥 🍿

A highlight of the BWoM summer season was the magnificent National Gallery Summer Party.

Co-ordinated by our friends this spectacular evening, raising funds for the NG200 campaign, was a tour de force of event planning.

The styling and menu took inspiration from the exhibition, ‘After Impressionism: Inventing Modern Art’, with a menu of French inspired small plates, roaming oyster trolleys, spectacular seafood, artisan French cheeses and immaculate patisseries offered throughout the galleries to over 700 guests.

St Stephen Walbrook has chosen By Word of Mouth to be an accredited caterer and we couldn’t be more delighted 🥳

This hidden gem is located in the heart of The City just a few steps from Bank station.

Designed by Sir Christopher Wren and known for being the birthplace of The Samaritans, the church features a central stone altar, carved by Henry Moore that provides the focal point of the interior.

Up to 80 guests can dine and up to 200 can enjoy a standing reception steeped in the rich history of this beautiful building.
