As we approach the beginning of the new financial year, many tasked with organising events within companies are eagerly awaiting updates on their budgets for the year ahead. While they may have a clear vision of the events they wish to organise, obtaining approval from their CFO or financial department can prove to be challenging.

We are strong advocates for events, not just because it's our area of expertise, but because of the tangible rewards they offer our clients. We emphasise to our clients the importance of prioritising staff and client entertainment and events as integral components of their budget planning. These events shouldn't be viewed as mere luxuries but as essential investments with measurable outcomes.

As we approach the end of our final working week in 2023, I wanted to take a moment to express my immense pride and gratitude for our incredible team. This year has been another great one for our business, and we wouldn't have achieved it without the dedication of everyone involved. It's their unwavering effort and commitment to upholding the high standards we pride ourselves upon that has propelled our business forward.

This year held significant milestones. Not only did we mark our 10th anniversary, a remarkable achievement in itself—statistics show that 65% of businesses fail within their first ten years—but it was also a year of personal joy as I tied the knot. Celebrating this special occasion with the entire team, including my wife Sapphire, who's also part of the business, was truly exceptional. In fact, with the exception of my business partners, the majority of the team is present in this photo.

I'm excited about what the future holds for both our team and our business. We look forward to the development and growth that lies ahead.

And, as we look forward to the coming year, we can't wait to celebrate at our eagerly awaited company anniversary party!
