The combination of light purple and tender green chrysanthemums gives a sense of spring. The elegant contrast of purple and yellow embellishes the main flower, capturing everyone's attention.

The vastness of the UK posed a significant transportation challenge for me but without trying, there's no beginning. This time, I used vibrant chrysanthemums to make the floral arrangements more enduring.

【Wedding Bouquet】
踏入英國夏季，婚慶活動的好開始，
多謝新娘子的信任，讓我可以為你重要日子做一個花球。

今次場地在Kew Garden一個hall 裏面，有室內室外兩個空間，
環境十分宜人，是無論任何角度隨便拍照都漂亮的一種。

簡單介紹一下，Kew Garden是一個皇家植物園，由皇室資助，請園藝造景師、建築師和植物學家聯手打造，可說是英國庭園造景藝術的典範。內裏栽種多種植物，對植物物種有嚴格的管理。正因如此，Kew Garden不可以帶鮮花去戶外花園影相，不希望花園裏面植物有任何影響。
所以要在這個庭園拍攝婚紗照，你需要一個假花花球。

在構想這個花球時，希望帶出春夏簡單輕鬆感覺之餘，不失婚禮的典雅。
當我在枱上選擇假花素材時，我問到底如何去表達這兩種截然不同的感覺又不會混亂，同時能襯托出新人的喜悅。
所以這次花球用上帶有粉紅的橘色AVALANCHE PEACH ROSE和灰綠色Maritima作為主調主花，然後綁上代表婚禮的白色紗質絲帶，再於手持位置用上絲絨質地的絲帶，讓新娘子長時間捧在手上也不會太累。

As we step into the summer season in the UK, it marks the beginning of wedding celebrations. I would like to express my gratitude for the bride's trust in allowing me to create a beautiful bouquet for your special day.
The venue for this occasion is a hall within Kew Gardens, which offers both indoor and outdoor spaces. The surroundings are incredibly pleasant, making it a picturesque setting from any angle.

Allow me to provide a brief introduction to Kew Gardens. It is a royal botanical garden supported by the royal family. It is a prime example of the art of landscape gardening in the UK, brought to life by a collaboration of horticulturists, architects, and botanists. The garden boasts a diverse range of plant species and strict management to preserve the botanical diversity. Consequently, fresh flowers are not permitted in the outdoor garden area of Kew Gardens, as it is essential to avoid any impact on the existing flora. Therefore, for your wedding photoshoot in this garden, you will need an artificial flower bouquet.

When conceptualising this bouquet, I aimed to capture a sense of simplicity and relaxation that embodies the spring and summer seasons while maintaining an elegant touch for the wedding. As I carefully selected artificial flower materials, I pondered how to express these contrasting emotions without causing confusion, all while enhancing the couple's joy.

For this bouquet, I have chosen the Avalanche Peach rose, which carries hints of pink and orange, and the grayish-green Maritima as the main flowers, complemented by a white sheer ribbon that symbolizes the wedding. Additionally, a velvety texture ribbon has been incorporated at the handle to ensure that the bride can comfortably hold the bouquet for an extended period without feeling fatigued.

仲有幾日兔年「大年初一」，今年英國各地年宵市集遍地開花，搞得有聲有色，參展商舖愈來愈多元化。單在英格蘭都有最少10個年宵或新年派對。

我哋上星期六去咗倫敦兩個港人市集，一個非常熱鬧，人山人海，生意超好，大人買得開心，細路玩得fun；另一個市集規模無咁大，但勝在有好多工作坊，可以整湯丸、face painting、寫揮春，超有節日氣氛。

祝願大家生活平安、身體健康！在適應新生活的同時，繼續發揮港人的團結精神、感染力，將更多訊息帶出去畀身邊的人。

【Gossip flower 伏工篇3】
Of course! They hired me, otherwise, how can my story continue!:)
當然佢哋請咗我啦! 如果唔係,我點樣繼續寫呢個故事呢!?
Today I came to work with the manager.
After Christmas, it is not too much order. There was a phone ringing and the manager picked it up.
From the conversation, I guess somebody ordered the flower from the website but he didn't receive it. In the beginning, the manager said he can help to check it. After, he said cannot find the order in the system. (I think the situation may be because the customer ordered it after the time for next-day delivery.) , I can hear the customer being angry and yelling, saying ‘how come you cannot find it!?’
And the manager yell at the phone, ‘I said NO!’ And then cut the line and he keeps on saying the customer is crazy!
WOOOO! I just froze for that ‘NOOOOO!’. It was an eye-opening experience for me.
In Hong Kong, I have never imagined that working in a customer service job can yell at customers. Even if you just type the bad feeling about a customer on personal social media, it is not professional. But today, I am watching that happen in real life.
Don’t think it is just a single case! After I have been living here, I find that it always happens in customer service. Cutting the line, yelling, telling you ‘No’, stopping the call even if they did not solve your problem yet…, it always happens…
CS in Hong Kong is far different. The first thing to do should be to comfort the customer's feelings and then may send he/she a coupon for a purchase discount next time.
The concept of ‘customer is always right is not exist after the distance of 10 hours flight,
‘A whole new world~~’(Sing it)

今日我個直屬經理就返嚟同我一齊做花。聖誕之後嘅訂單其實好少嘅，一日得10零單。今日有個電話響，直屬經理一手拎起個電話嚟聽，從佢講嘢嘅語氣我估大約係有個人上網訂咗花，但係冇送到俾佢。經理初初話我幫你check吓先，然後佢後尾話個System冇喎, 我心諗可能係嗰啲截單時間先訂，所以有呢個情況。然後電話另一段嗰個人聽到之後，語氣好燥底咁樣問點解會冇！
然後個經理就大聲嗌I said NO，然後掟電話cut咗個客線。之後個經理話黐線㗎！就係冇㗎啦！
WOW！個吓大聲嘅NO， 除咗震懾我嘅耳膜，真係震懾左我嘅三觀。
從來喺香港我唔覺得可以做服務性行業可以鬧客，唔止話當面鬧唔得，如果只係就咁喺自己Facebook嗰度寫話公司個客好衰，咁樣都會俾人覺得唔專業。今日我竟然見識到直接鬧，跟手cut個客線呢個行為。
唔好以為係單一事件，其實喺度生活耐左，我就發現呢度嘅服務性行業都係咁樣做，cut線，大聲鬧翻你轉頭，話冇啊就係冇，冇幫你解決到嘅問題就話要收線。。。呢樣嘢真係經常發生，我唔止試過一次。
如果香港有呢個情況一般會安撫返個客情緒，跟手送張Coupon俾你話下次幫襯有折。
查實，「顧客永遠是對的」呢個concert搭左10個鐘頭飛機之後，可以係完全另一個世界。

其實試工我冇咩Concept，去到就叫我用自己手機上去公司網到搵個個同名既花束，照相做一個出嚟。
然後我又好老實咁照單執，去拎完啲花材就話我拎啲花材太貴，呢張單只係中Size 既bouquet。
原來呢度啲普通菊花，係呢間公司眼中係貴花
完成左一個bouquet之後，又話Good 又盛講左一堆，不過就係冇叫我走
然後我就掃下地洗下樽，咁就去到6 點同其他人一齊走啦。

Actually, I don't have much concept of this type of interview. They ask me to use my personal phone to search the same name bouquet and follow the photo to make it.
So I directly follow it and pick up the flowers. But after the manager said those flowers are too expensive, it's just a middle size.
Oh! The normal chrysanthemum in Asia is a expensive flower in this shop... or is it also like that in Europe?
After I finish a bouquet, they keep saying it is brilliant, but have not say the interview it finish....(Should I leave?...)
So, I washed the vase and clean the floor until 6pm. I left with other colleagues.
