🔁 Repost from .flint … Has it already been a week!? Having had the privilege of hosting my first Europe Regional Conference for , I wanted to share a few thoughts.

First of all, more than , I feel - two days spent with incredible people, genuinely looking to make a positive social impact - I've come home feeling inspired!

Thank you for having taken the time out of your busy lives to be with us in person.

We really enjoyed putting a lot of thought into every aspect of the event:
- planting and restoring sea grass in Tanzania with SOA TANZANIA to offset our carbon emissions
- corporate gift bag with Ankara accessories from Nigeria, water bottles made from 98% vegetal matter, and luxury hair and beard oil
- headshot space, because it is fun and having that professional profile picture makes a difference
- bringing together all the local and regional advocacy groups, including Centre for Ageing Better to talk about intersectionality and working together to drive measurable change
- working with more than 10 incredible woman owned businesses to deliver the event.. and so much more.

What really was amazing were the unscripted moments, connections made while waiting for a headshot, or over a Magnum ice cream - the importance of community really can't be overstated!

While it was a great event, how do we measure if it was successful? I would refer back to what Elizabeth Vazquez asked - if we all make an intentional effort to buy from at least one woman owned business in the next six months that would be an incredible step in the right direction.

We want to tell the story of the amazing women entrepreneurs we have the honour to represent!

Is it Desire... or is it love that we're feeling for this set?! 🌈 We were truly Starstruck by a real King last week on our shoot for an internal Pride Celebration! We kept a COVID secure set whilst pulling off this shoot with a week's notice! Our producers, creatives and technical team truly smashed it in bringing our rainbow to life and making the set Shine! As you can probably tell, we cannot reveal the artist… It's a sin 👀
