“An outstanding job. Every single detail was considered and thought through. Paul, Rachael and Claire managed a lunch for 50 followed by a much larger event for 160 - the quality was consistently incredible across both events. Our Tuna Sashimi starter was incredible and has had the most astonishing feedback from our guests. Followed by the most moist and delicious Halibut. It’s not always easy to keep up the same level of quality with fish but again, we’ve had such incredible feedback. We must have had 50 emails that included “the best meal we’ve had...” One of the most impressive sights was the sea of Melanie’s staff pouring out between courses. Everyone was served each course within about 3 minutes demonstrating a really willingness to staff-up to ensure a really fluid seamless experience. Beyond the fantastic food and service, was the way in which Melanie’s took charge of the whole weekend. The best compliment to their organisational skills and experience is that we were truly able to be guests at our own function - never once having to worry about issues or problems and we had some biggies - including having to change our venue with 9 days to go when the Queen’s funeral closed down our original venue. Melanie’s handled it all effortlessly. Thank you Claire, Paul and Rachael!!!!”
