Bouquet in a Window
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Before delivering your bouquets, I always do a final check and try and snap a photo, preferably in a window where the natural light highlights every detail.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your bouquets will be delivered in water to ensure they stay super fresh throughout your day. Before the ceremony, a quick pat with a towel will keep your dresses safe from any drips, and then they’ll be ready for you to walk down the aisle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Most of my brides love their bouquet so much they hardly let it go (cue the champagne-in-one-hand, bouquet-in-the-other photos!). But when it’s time for dinner, I usually place a vase near the top table so you can pop it in there , for the rest of the day. This keeps it fresh for someone to take home to enjoy for a few more days or so you can send it for preservation to treasure forever.

While searching through all my photos to create a winter wedding moodboard for next year, I stumbled across this gorgeous design from a wedding at last December.

The details were everything: a delicate silk runner, vases of flowers, glowing candles, simple stationery, and eucalyptus place settings. The only thing missing from my photo? The tables set with chairs to complete the look!

Sometimes I don’t get to see the whole room finished and it’s a reminder of how much I love seeing your professional photos after your big day.

FIREPLACES

When it comes to fireplaces, I simply can’t go small, especially in a space as grand and elegant as The Nash Room at .
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
B & S were having long banqueting tables so wanted to keep their table decor simple and relaxed with bud vases and candles. They were looking for a statement piece to frame where they were sitting, for those all important photos and speeches and the fireplace, was the prefect spot.

Storm Burt may have swept through with his blustery grey skies, but this week is full of festive cheer as we dive into Christmas installs and prep for my final wedding of the year! 🎄✨

December weddings don’t have to be all about Christmas—they can blend seasonal touches like fairy lights, frosty winter whites, candlelight, and even deep jewel tones for a warmer, richer look.

For W & A’s wedding at , we created these stunning floral columns with roses, hydrangeas, lisianthus, and mixed eucalyptus foliage. To add a subtle nod to the season, we tucked in twinkling fairy lights, giving their ceremony entrance a beautifully festive glow.

On Saturday, we were back at the stunning for N & A’s beautifully intimate wedding.

We transformed the ballroom into two elegant spaces: one for the ceremony and the other for dinner and dancing. These statement urns stood tall, framing the aisle and subtly dividing the spaces with timeless elegance.

N & A fell in love with a previous wedding I designed at The Mandarin Oriental and wanted to bring the same classic and elegant style to their special day and it was such a joy bring their vision to life.

Hello Monday

A new week and my penultimate wedding of 2024 is on it’s way. I’m looking forward to being back at the stunning Mandarin Oriental, creating some stunning flowers for N & A’s wedding. They saw this wedding I did last year and knew they wanted something similar for their day.

It is always lovely to be back at The Mandarin. It is the second place I worked when I was a budding florist back in the day and where I did my first ever wedding as in 2008. The flowers and style may have changed but the grandeur of the ballroom remains the same.

One more check of the flowers and the church is ready for the guest and the wedding to commence.

I’m always there on the wedding day, setting up and making sure the flowers look perfect for you. It’s important to me to know I have deliver your bouquet to you personally and seen all the venue and ceremony flowers in place.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Me and my team are also available to move flowers from the church to the venue. On this day this large urn was moved to the dining hall for the wedding breakfast so the flowers could be enjoyed through to the evening.
