Last month, we had the incredible opportunity to host a stunning reef-themed dinner for a coral conservation company at the Science Museum. This event was truly special as we transformed two unique spaces into an underwater paradise.

On the ground floor, guests dined under the iconic rocket in the Exploring Space Gallery, while the first floor offered a dining experience beneath the beautifully lit dome of Mathematics: The Winton Gallery.

We are thrilled to have been part of such an important cause.

Some snapshots from a spectacular night -
Lady certainly knows how to throw a party 🥂
We had the pleasure of being part of her Bridgerton themed birthday and what a night it was!
With a super fun and creative brief (and client!) and no limits on styling or theatricality, we got to create the most spectacular menu full of surprises and Bridgerton-esque drama…
Guests sipped on “Lady Luisa” branded picantés, dipped bread into burning butter candles and were treated to three different creative desserts (with Luisa loving each dessert so much in the tasting that she chose them all!)
Guests danced the night away in full Bridgerton attire and even the famous dogs made an appearance ✨

Such a fun experience working on this lovely event with .london , where we transformed the Embankment Galleries at into a New York loft for a “Mad Men” theme.
Guests were wowed with beautiful themed stations filled with hand carved Delmonico steaks, cod kievs, short rib pacceri with shaved truffle and canapés such as ‘Lucky Strike’ smoked carrot cylinders - to name a few treats!

An honour to take part in this glorious showcase earlier in the year at Hedsor House. We loved chatting to perspective brides and grooms about all we can do in this fantastic venue.

Guests dined on delicious canapés (our parmesan bon bon and lamb anticuchos proving particularly popular) and passed bowls, before moving onto a beautifully styled dessert station.
