To assist with this process we have developed a Muslim Wedding Directory (MWD) and the purpose behind it, is mainly to provide information to the local community of wedding suppliers & services in their town or city. Some useful tips, list of venues and all the information needed relating to weddings via recommendations & reviews which will be posted by users of the page. Our goal is to cover many areas in UK, from Lands' End to John O'Groats. In order to make it easy in collecting information, we have created several electronic questionnaires, which are posted in each album category. If you have, used any wedding services or suppliers, please submit the form or write a few words in the comments box. We are aware that there is a Muslim Directory out there already. However, MWD is specifically designed for Muslim weddings, with particular emphasis on halal catering, nikah services, suitable venues, with, for example, areas for prayer, facilities for segregation and related requirements.
Services and suppliers from the wider community are also included where these complement a Muslim wedding (such as florists, wedding transportation, stationary etc).
