Sunday evening at home after completing the busiest stretch I can remember for a very long time! A collection of photos to give a brief summary of a mega June… every event or occasion designed, prepped, flowered, crafted, built and brought to life by my clever team. During the last few weeks our feet haven’t touched the ground and we have continued to raise our bar and standard to create a series of works and a recent portfolio I am so very, very proud of. Many exciting adventures and a lot of fun along the way too. And now, a brief pause for 10 days or so to recharge before we go again and I’m so looking forward to all of the exciting projects to come x

Floristry is a funny old business! I don’t need a florist .rich.flowers every day, but some days I need more and this week, across the busiest fortnight I can remember, I have needed 12. I honestly do not know what I would do without the girls and guys (plus very kind husband)- whose experience and skills make our work look even more magical than I ever dare to imagine when I am dreaming up the weird and wonderful ideas.

I really loved creating this wedding forest this weekend and being let loose again with the amazing .events_ crew. I took a succession of speedy photos in the flurry of it all coming together, which don’t really convey the scale or drama of the designs. Thank goodness were there to do their wonderful thing!

To everyone who flowered hard for .rich.flowers this weekend, thank you. You are all incredible and I am in awe of all that you do x

A table set and laid for a mega birthday celebration on the eve of Summer solstice. Inspired by the setting our table was awash with delicate strawberry plants, potted herbs and fragrant sweet peas, set to twinkly candlelight and towering vases of blooms and dog rose trails above. A beautiful moment to celebrate the longest day and shortest night of the year! Thank you for having us - a “Midsummer night’s dream” and a complete pleasure to work with you on this. Probably rather embarrassing to admit it, but few things in life give me more joy than laying a beautiful table. So when asked me to collaborate on this wonderful project with her - despite it already being the busiest fortnight of the year 🙃, I literally leapt at the chance! So far, two unique tablescapes designed and created for two distinct occasions - with excitingly, the best still yet to come! We began with a relaxed, garden inspired design for an intimate supper on the first evening and then brought La Dolce Vita (sunshine included!) to the Cotswolds this afternoon, with an al fresco afternoon tea setting, inspired by the client’s love of Italy. Such a busy but special few days working with brilliant Cleo on this dream brief. And thank goodness is there to capture it all properly! Can’t wait to share more… 🪄

Gentle and beautiful, perfectly capturing parts of the early Summer scene we created for a wonderful pair last weekend. Emily carried a bouquet of individually wired philadelphus and climbing rose, cut from the garden of her family home early on the morning of her wedding. Flowers that become part of a story, that’s the aim .rich.flowers x

This weekend’s job for was one of those moments where I felt so very lucky to do what I do. We love an adventure and this most definitely was one we will never forget! We opened the season for and created multiple flowery scenes across 3 unique days of events - building something incredibly special, which was designed and organised to absolute perfection. Really proud of this one. A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful team and to every generous grower, fellow supplier, friend, supporter of .rich.flowers (all proudly tagged) who helped me to bring it all to life. A few more photographs of this weekend’s church flowers before they were dismantled yesterday. All still looking just as vibrant and bountiful as when installed 3 days earlier. Each branch, stem and vine very happily drinking; proof that giant designs and installations can still be built and made to last. Not only were our flowers enjoyed by all at the wedding on Saturday afternoon, but also by the village congregation on Sunday morning’s service, followed by a christening in the late afternoon. Yesterday, all leftover flowers and foliage were popped into buckets and left at the church door for passers by to take away, after a handful of bouquets had been made up and delivered to those locally in need. And the icing on the cake, whilst I was creating the three final arrangements to leave behind in the church for the week ahead, a few church flower folk popped in for a spontaneous “tutorial” in how to arrange using . Time and effort well spent, I’d say! .rich.flowers x

The happiest of flowery weekends spent working for and with so many wonderful people! I have a lot of thank yous for this one! To thank you for the opportunity and for giving us the freedom to design and create something very special. To the incredible local growers who delivered thousands of stems of the most beautiful stems of May bounty . a pleasure to be back building alongside you for the first of many this season and I’m so happy we finally got the chance to work together after all these years. But most importantly, to my wonderful team. None of it would be possible without you and I am so grateful for you all. .rich.flowers 2024 season off with a bang! thank goodness you were there to capture it all!

For those who are looking for something extraordinary, designed only for them. For those who pay as much attention to the teeny tiny details as to the drama and the show stopping, enveloping installations.

This scene, I’m proud to say, had a bit of everything! We absolutely loved building, crafting and flowering for A&S ❤️ in the iconic Magistrates Ballroom earlier this Spring.

To have our work captured quite so beautifully by is just the icing on the cake! Thank you, I’m so grateful. Dream job x

Always bringing that special thing. One of my personal favourites and one I am most proud of - making a plain and simple marquee backdrop feel like you were sitting somewhere magical after we had set to work. Beautiful photos by 🫶🏻

It is more than just flowers for us. It’s about the atmospheres we create and the attention paid to every little detail that makes up the big picture. Our season begins properly in under two weeks and I am so excited for all to come x

I’ve stumbled down a rabbit hole this afternoon searching for inspiration imagery for the many mood-boards and design proposals I am working on at the moment. This lovely couple and wedding kept appearing in my searches time and time again which makes me think that the oldies are so often the goodies! And perhaps you don’t actually have to look too far for inspiration after all .rich.flowers x

At the moment we are working on many fresh and exciting projects which are taking us down all sorts of new roads and directions. I’m very excited! Today we are back on the north Norfolk coast for a site visit for the most exciting wedding later in the year. Well, what wonderful evening that was 🫶🏻 No time for photos as was having far too much fun chatting and sampling many of delicious creations. Thank you so much to everyone who came to join our inaugural local friend and supplier “love-in”. It was so fun to see you and to have the chance to exchange more than three words before silly season begins! As most people know, I’m all about the community over competition… particularly in this special part of the world and it was such a joy to have so many amazing folk together in one room. Thank you for being our hosts and to all involved (tagged) in making it happen. Where next ?
