After five very special days inhabiting the stage at the , down comes our installation of the magical “Ice Palace” and this year’s Snow Ball finally comes to an end!

I want to say the biggest thank you to the Garden Museum for hosting an absolutely wonderful Winter Flowers Week — it was such an amazing experience and the response by everyone to our piece has truly blown me away. Huge gratitude goes to fellow designers - whose support, warmth and generosity of spirit this week made the event truly one of a kind. Eternal thanks to my amazing team who helped me to bring our scene to life and the generous growers for supplying all of the magical British flowers and ingredients.

As I read Winter Story to Freddie, my youngest, at bedtime this evening and reflected on what we created, I felt such pride in having had the opportunity to have been part of such a special, creative project. With lifelong memories made, it has been pure joy and something tells me the best is yet to come… ❄️

Thank you so much for the incredible support and interest in my “Winter Flowers Week” piece which is on show until next week. Your enthusiasm and kind comments mean so much and I am blown away by the love, support and the amazing response that I have received so far. It has been wonderful to have spent the past few days mingling in the museum, chatting with visitors and meeting fellow Brambly Hedge lovers, who all feel connected to the story and our installation in some way.

As the biggest highlight, yesterday afternoon, Lizzie Barklem, daughter of Jill - the author and creator of these incredible stories came to meet me and to see my piece which was just the most incredible meeting of minds. She told me as she stood in front of the stage, reflecting on the scene that she felt it was “exactly how her Mum would have wanted her story and illustrations to have been interpreted” 🩷 For me it just doesn’t get any more pertinent or special than that.

The exhibition is in place until 5pm on Monday 1st December. If you are able to, do go and see what I have lucky enough to have been a part of this week. The most amazing experience shared with new, brilliant flowers friends 🩷

Thank you so much to the for asking me to be part of this year’s incredible Winter Flowers Week exhibition which opens today. It is such a huge honour. The inspiration for my piece is the Ice Hall from the illustrious “Winter Story” ~ a firm childhood favourite and a story that I hope will resonate with many others too!

In the book, the hall is both spectacle and sanctuary; a hand-carved cathedral of ice, where light fractures into twinkling brilliance and the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Through this recreation of the scene, the aim is to translate the Ice Hall’s magic in floral form; creating a romantic, contemplative space where light, texture, and nostalgia for this wonderful story transform Winter’s offering into something luminous and tender.

With heartfelt thanks to these very generous growers for providing the most exquisite, entirely British grown produce and ingredients used to create our installation ~ ~ And to my amazing team for pouring your heart and souls into this project with me and for working so hard, thank you.

There is so much more to say about our creation, but I would encourage you all to go and see it if you can, as well as the other beautiful pieces also part of this year’s showcase ~

Scene setting this Summer for the amazing team. Thank you for capturing this incredible wedding so beautifully. It was an absolute joy to create the flowers for the most lovely couple and occasion. We loved the challenge of building on such a large scale, yet still maintaining the fine detail through every element. It’s November all of a sudden and we are busy behind the scenes as we gear up for the very best (slightly biased!) Christmas Fair around ✨ The sketchbook is out and I’m planning this year’s entrance display, which I can’t wait to bring to life… There are SO many amazing stall holders confirmed and an epic crew of supporters and sponsors, it’s definitely not to be missed ✨

For a couple certainly not afraid of a little colour! This electric palette, on a warm September day, using the most beautiful, seasonal flowers and foliage for the amazing Harry and Rose who we all absolutely adored flowering for this Summer. The brief was to bring life and colour into the tent and to create a design which oozed fun. What began as a blank canvas was transformed into one of my favourite settings that we have ever made, for the most wonderful family and clients 💥 Thank you for the most epic photos 💥
