We love getting customer photos of their cakes and celebrations.
A vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream casing, with a pastel water-colour effect finish . Topped with homemade meringues and metallic pastel white chocolate buttons. Two individual cakes, separate but stacked to over 14inches high.

It seems that there are several companies set up as Bake My Day trading under our Registered Trademark.
For the newer ones, due diligence has clearly not been followed: if a domain name is taken it’s worth a little research into why it’s not available. We’ve been Bake My Day and owned the domain name bakemyday.co.uk since 2005.

We’ve taken several enquiries recently from potential customers wanting delivery to various parts of the UK and this can be frustrating for us as a business , but more importantly for potential customers.

Our Trademark was applied for in order to protect our trading name and avoid this confusion.

Any other company trading under our Registered Trademark of Bake My Day ® are doing so without our consent, without license and in breach of current trademark legislation.
