It was truly a riot of colour for this recent wedding! The brief was to create wild meadow style table designs using just delicate, gorgeous, summer flower varieties and foliages in a rainbow range of colours….and I think we achieved it!!! Also using eco products and containers making these designs completely sustainable and environmentally kind 🙂 what’s there not to LOVE! Happy summer everyone 🙂

All floral designs are wrapped around certain emotions from celebration and new life to a sad goodbye and a last “I love you”. Floral funeral tributes always convey love and treasured memories. These personal designs were only made after discussing with the family what the favourite colours and preferred flower varieties the deceased particularly liked. We even added some living, potted, flowering plants into some of the larger designs so they could be taken out after the ceremony by close family members to plant them in their own gardens as a living keepsake. What ever the occasion….. everything we make is made with love and tailored to each clients own individual style ideas and taste preferences.

We were asked to create some beautiful fresh flower designs to enahnce the reception venue that was being used for a Proudly Scottish gentleman's funeral. We used lots of ivory/white scented roses the classic dusty blue thistle as well as other white flower varieties and foliages including olive and different grey/green toned eucalyptuse's for added texture and to make the overall designs appear more free flowing and not neat looking as specifically requested by the client....

We had a great day exhibiting some of our fresh flower designs to show future couples different colour combinations,varieties of flower and styles. Flowers are so versatile and can be designed into so many styles. For instance you may like lots of different foliages and arrangements which appear slightly on the “wild” side. Or you may be more of a controlled personality who would like neat designs with minimal foliages…and then there is everybody in between....
