• We work with many venues, all of which come with their incredible values. One of our wonderful partnerships is with , where we are proud to be their exclusive event caterer. All our menus with OmVed are either vegetarian or vegan and with extra emphasis on zero-waste, which reflects our combined ethos of ‘Future Forward’; each event and menu is, as always with Juniper, carefully considered according to the season and what’s growing in their unbelievable kitchen garden. We then adapt those ideals into sustainable, zero-waste menus for our clients. The beautiful spaces at OmVed are currently undergoing an incredible and exciting change, and we can’t wait for the grand unveiling!

• Warming up a chilly start to the year with a stunning formal, three course bespoke menu at . Grand yet intimate, formal but cosy, we created a menu comprising mixed mushrooms with guianciale & grated cured egg yolk to start, followed by braised short rib of ex-dairy cow, truffled polenta, brown butter greens & hazelnuts, and with triple chocolate torte & cultured cream to finish. We took care of the styling with the help of , and with a fabulous team to boot the evening was nothing less than magical. • We love all things brand related — so when the Daisy Wild brief landed on our desk, launching the fragrance into the influencer-sphere, got his thinking cap on to create an incredible experiential menu, encompassing notes from the fragrance throughout each dish. With an emphasis on the wild, we worked with , & .studios to deliver a Wild Foraging table for guests to explore with eyes & tastebuds alike. From truffled mushroom choux buns, to kohlrabi & fennel pollen ravioli, matcha & summer fruit donuts & jasmine honey cakes, the menu delivered on looks, taste and experience alike. An amazing event hosted by our venue partner in their stunning glasshouse, it was a creative dream to be part of. Gorgeous cocktails by , with help from lovely .santo.

• Three words: Keralan. Fried. Chicken. An all time best seller and with good reason… cornfed chicken thighs marinated for 36 hours in a buttermilk, Kashmiri chilli, turmeric, green chilli & coriander bath, dusted in our secret seasoning, fried to crispy perfection and finished with curry leaf aioli & a crispy curry leaf. The canape that will have everyone asking for another, and another, and another 👌
