So very, very much love around for L & L’s big day at home last weekend. Insanely beautiful flowers by and her dream squad, a stunning marquee (and catering tent palace) by , on-the-day coordination by brilliant , gorgeous crockery, cutlery & glassware by and textural linens by .

The team delivered six delicious sorts of canapés, a lipsmacking starter of burrata, marinated & BBQ’d peach & prosciutto, followed by BBQ’d new season lamb, pepperonata & salsa verde for mains & The Colonel for pud (with major kudos to our brilliant bride on our new favourite!), not to mention the sausage & shallot ketchup brioche later on… all making for nothing less than the wedding menu of dreams. Special shoutouts to our most fabulous head chef Joe for executing everything, including BBQ perfection, to the best possible standard — and to EM .yzum, BM Adam, senior supervisors , Luke, & chefs extraordinaire , Tom, Marc & — and with a glorious and ever professional floor and bar team . And of course our fabulous for her huge part in the proceedings.

Thank you for trusting us with your incredible Big Day, which we were so honoured to be part of. So much love to you both for a fabulous life together.

• Seasonality is such a buzzword these days, but it really is something that’s intrinsic to what we do. Our gorgeous king scallop canapé is delicious in whatever guise, but the addition of hand-foraged wild garlic (in a lovely little pistou), plus burnt lemon and hazelnut takes it to the next level. We’ve preserved bags of the stuff, so it’ll be firmly on our menu in the coming months!

One of our newest additions is as beautiful to eat as it is to look at… charcoal crisp, whipped plant-based feta with confit garlic, balsamic sable grape & the prettiest tuille you ever did see. • ‘Tis the season for wedding tastings, getting the appetite warmed up for a summer with no fewer than fourteen Big Days lined up — and the most romantic thing of all (for us!) is using the best produce from the best suppliers. This beautiful dish (asparagus, mozzarella di bufala, pistachio citrus pesto, radish & peas) will be even brighter, tastier and zingier when the English asparagus season is upon us in May — bring on the sunshine! ☀️

• We’re incredibly excited to finally share the full ins & outs of our shiny new Juniper & Co.! We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Lucy Gibson () of & branding fame, to give our beloved Juniper branch a bit of a facelift, and our overall brand an overhaul.
Keeping the Juniper branch was always going to be key, but in simplifying it, creating more space around it and giving it a new identity across multiple different uses in our brand, new life has been breathed into it — and we couldn’t be happier. With nods to beautifully hand-painted 19th century botanical ephemera, we highlight the important of craft in what we do. Lucy cleverly took reference from the serif typography arrangements and graphic lines of these works, and honed them into a modern, clean and exciting feel… which allows us to fully showcase what we do in the slickest manner possible.
Coming from a production background, it’s been a ride for Emily & I (Polly) to be the client for once, but it’s been a joy from start to finish and we’re so excited for the next phase of our Juniper journey! Thank you, Lucy, for being such a star from start to finish — we cannot recommend you highly enough.
