Have to credit for this little gem of a find .. a roof top pool a stone’s throw away from the Spanish Steps etc .. so while we wait for the unusual June heat to cool off .. we pretty much have this all to ourself until then 🥰☀️(oh and a shameless quick change selfie into swimming togs in hotel bathroom 😂)

What a gorgeous bday and anniversary wkd .. stunning view over the Vatican from hotel .. but the rest of sightseeing (too hot at 35c ☀️!) on hold till this evening when temperature drops a bit .. so cheeky detour via the V Lounge Beach Bar 🏖️

We loved Ile des Deux Cocos when we first went there on Monday so of course we had to come back when they told us they were next putting on a “buffet” ..(it sure beats any recent buffets I’ve eaten .. and 5 courses in ..even I had to stop eating 😱 🤤 ) x

If diving off the boat to swim with dolphins wasn’t enough .. diving to catch 2 dozen oysters (one of our favourite treats to eat) and with a glass of chilled white wine on board all before a bespoke pre bbq lunch on the beach .. truly blew my mind today 🥰🏝️ 🦪 🐟 🍗 😋 🚤

Well what a hoot that was!
