Posted • It’s party season as well as dark aesthetic wedding season for me! Last Saturday I was utterly delighted to be invited to perform at a medieval larp ball in Tewkesbury. These photographs that capture the fun and joy of magic as well as the intrigue of my slightly darker presentations for these types of events are by .images 📸 As part of my doctoral research over I’ve conducted a great deal of research into medieval magic and performance. Combined with demonology and witch trials this is an area of expertise. So it was wonderful to perform the shizzle! 🪄

Advent for December 2nd!
1. Two of Pentacles
The infinite dance of trying to retain balance while juggling a million things at once. It will always be this way do enjoy the balancing act for this is what life is.
Balance is an active rather than a passive state, it has always to be worked at and while you are trying to maintain balance life is to be enjoyed.
2. The 9 of pentacles.
One of my favourite cards in the whole deck. Enjoying business while remaining grounded and in tune with the seasons and the natural world around us. There is plenty of abundance around us, take a look around and feel a sense of prosperity and satisfaction.
3. The high priestess
Exploring the magic and mysteries of the universe.
What lies hidden is where the pearls of wisdom are.
Go and seek the knowledge you seek and most often it lies inside yourself. Turn off the phone, tune in to yourself, sit in the power of your inner guidance.
Also this is me as I set off for my first tarot party of the season!
I might go to Rider Waite tarots tomorrow as these cards bear no relation whatsoever to the true meanings!
