We are so excited to announce two new exclusive venue partnerships with the iconic City of London Corporation!

From 1st September 2024, Social Pantry will deliver its high-impact yet socially and environmentally conscious catering at Mansion House and The Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey), two of the City’s most impressive and culturally significant venues.

With these new City of London Corporation tender-wins, as well as being appointed as the exclusive caterer for Tower Bridge earlier this year, the new partnerships continue to further cement Social Pantry’s presence as one of London’s go-to caterers.

With 13 unique catering concepts across the two standalone venues, Social Pantry will be managing all aspects of the catering, from internal cafés and eateries to state functions and commercial events regularly held within these historic London landmarks.

As the UK’s leading independent and female-founded sustainable caterer, we strive to deliver exceptional quality service and events at minimal social and environmental cost. Founder and CEO said, “The team at Social Pantry are really looking forward to putting these iconic venues on the map for events as well as running the in-house catering at The Old Bailey. It’s that time of year folks, Wilderness Festival is about to start! 🥳🎪🧑‍🍳

2024 marks the fourth year we have supported the team with the Feasting & Dining offering over the four-day festival, feeding thousands of people and bringing fine dining to the fields of Oxfordshire.

Once again, we’re working alongside a whole host of incredible chefs including .gill.food .davies.88 to name a few!

From 1st March 2024, Social Pantry will deliver its high impact yet socially and environmentally conscious events at London’s defining landmark, creating an unparalleled event and dining experience in London.

Founded by Alexandra Head in 2011, Social Pantry has evolved to become so much more than simply a catering company. With less than a month to go, excitement at SP HQ is palpable for Wilderness Festival! 🎪🤩

Alongside the incredible lineup of chefs across the feasting and dining lineup, the tables are turning and our very own Head of Development Sarah Turner is becoming one of the guest chefs for one night only!

Taking over Wilderness Kitchen on Thursday 3rd August, she’ll be creating a one-of-a-kind vegetarian feast - served family style, platters will be laden high with vibrant, seasonal produce 🥗

Showcasing Sarah’s joyful style of cooking, her menu combines impeccable sourcing with an emphasis on foraging, fermentation and root-to-leaf dishes. Guests can expect high-impact gastronomy with minimal environmental impact, as always.

Accredited supplier at Young V&A ✅

We are so excited to announce that we have just been announced as an approved caterer at the soon-to-open .vam in Bethnal Green! 🥳

After seven intensive years of dedicated planning and design, the museum has been co-designed with children and young people and will be re-opening its doors on 1st July. Designed to showcase the power of creativity in children’s lives as they build new skills and develop creative confidence, Young V&A will be a ‘doing’ museum – a joyful, buzzing, and optimistic place underpinned by the power of design and creativity.

This of course means that we are able to offer this beautifully redeveloped Grade II listed building as a private venue to our clients 🏛

We are so looking forward to becoming a part of the museum’s new era, full of fun, energy and incredible, interactive events. Watch this space folks, this is going to be exciting!

We’re proud to be industry leaders in ex-offender employment and since 2015, we’ve strived to achieve a 10% ex offender workforce.

With fluctuations in team numbers and the restriction to prison visitations during COVID, our ex-offender percentage dropped off and we have been working hard to get this figure back up! Thanks to a flurry of recent hires, even with our overall team expanding, we are thrilled that the percentage of ex-offenders working for us has increased to 8%.

We think it’s important to be transparent about the challenges and triumphs as an ex-offender employer, so whilst this isn’t the end destination and we have that 10% figure firmly in our sights, we are immensely proud to offer opportunities to those behind bars and provide them with a second chance outside prison walls. We see the impact firsthand and we’re committed to continuing this important work.

We look forward to sharing more with you on the road to 10% and beyond! 📈

We've been working alongside Festival Republic to programme this year's feasting and dining line up, swipe to see!

Gorgeous reflections at one of our venues, Pump House Gallery, a unique and distinctive venue at the heart of Battersea Park. A historic Garde II listed building nestled in 200 acres of stunning parkland, a stone’s throw away from the Thames and in easy reach of central London, with capacity for 70 guests indoors and an expansive terrace that allows for the addition of a marquee, perfect for dancing or dining. Since Social Pantry also has its roots in Battersea, it’s an honour to cater events in this special local venue ranging from weddings to press nights, corporate parties and wine tasting nights.
