This Saturday I running a workshop at Hackney Wick's very own !

Very excited for this. 🥳

We will be exploring different yogic & meditation practices, somatic awareness in the body & the roadmap from thinking - into experiencing our being. 🙏

I will be guiding you through the process AND playing LOTS OF DRUMS!! 🥁

A "Guided Somatic Chakral Rhythm Bath" - if you will - is a sequence of 7 drum&cymbal improvisations centred around states of awareness & aspects of existence associated with the 7 energy centres in our body. 🕉

These frequencies inspire different rhythms and beats for me, different qualities of playing even. 🔮
