📍As you can imagine, our job as outside caterers takes us all over, from catering in fully equipped venues with state of the art kitchens, to literally a bare field or beach. This is why site visits are so important to our job, first and foremost so we are familiar with where we are working.

We work super hard to make sure we can achieve the menu you want for your event, but this does mean we sometimes have to make the impossible possible! How do we pull off a three course gastro meal in the middle of a field with no water or electric? Well… it is possible. Maybe you are wanting our BBQ service, in which case we need to consider access. Steps and narrow gates are an absolute no go! But an alternative may be possible. Certain venues also don’t allow particular equipment to be used eg fat fryers so we may need to offer an alternative menu choice🔥

We work with amazing suppliers to install marquees, generators and kitchen equipment on site. Many marquee companies will ask you if you require a catering section attached to your marquee. This is a must if you would like us to pull a cooked meal off. After all, where is the kitchen equipment going to go?! They may also ask if you require a generator. Again, if you would like lighting, bars, bands and refrigeration then absolutely this is a must. Refrigeration trailers may also be needed for higher guest counts for both ourselves and the bar. No body wants warm beer right?!🍺

Obviously budgets are not endless and it is easy to add on this and that and before you know it you’re having to cut Aunt Muriel from the guest list 😬. This is where we work with you to customise your menu and service style to achieve amazing food. We may guide your menu choices around utilising the same kitchen equipment so we don’t need to hire in everything under the sun.

In home dining is the same. We take the time to come and meet with you and just check out the available equipment. We don’t want to be bringing catering sized baking trays if they don’t fit in your oven right?! How embarrassing 😂

So, as each venue is completely different to the other, each event we do is completely bespoke. Our team have seen it all and have a wealth of experience and an eye for detail. We will help with the planning process from start to finish to help make your event the most perfect day ❤️
