This year (and every year) has been all about our people, our community, and our guests —they’re the reason we do what we do. As 2024 winds down, we’re taking a look back at the moments and numbers that made it unforgettable. From hosting countless celebrations to watching our team prove time and again that they’re the best in the business, it’s been a year to remember. We levelled up as a place to work and kept giving back to the communities we love.

From bandaging skills to CPR, they’re now ready to handle any emergency with confidence and care 🚑

As bartenders, front of house, managers and leaders in hospitality, we understand the pressures, highs and lows of our amazing industry. Late nights, early mornings, killer shifts that never seem to end, cranky guests, burns, cuts, dropped gastros, leaks, floods, late deliveries, and no shows - you name the challenge, we’ve faced it. 
 
This year, we’re taking on a new challenge (glutton’s for pain?) and running the Hyde Park Chase the Sun 5k/10k on September 18th, in aid of our friends at Kelly’s Cause. Kelly’s Cause is a charity on a mission to create a mentally healthy hospitality industry for all. Founded in honour of Kelly, a funny, warm and talented chef who sadly took her own life in 2018, Kelly’s Cause is committed to changing our industry through training, support, and keeping the conversation going around the mental health challenges in hospitality.
 
So, will you help us out? We’re aiming to raise enough to cover the cost of training 2 hospo folk as Mental Health First Aiders - an absolutely vital resource in our community. 
 
We’re proud to be running for Kelly and her legacy, thanks for your support.

🍻 🌞 Yesterday at 🌞 🍻

A bunch of our chefs and front of house peeps paid a visit to our pals at Pressure Drop yesterday. In case you’re new to them, they’re an independent brewery based on the edge of Tottenham Marshes, known for their juicy, hazy New England style beers, they produce everything from crisp lagers to rich and luxurious stouts (this all started in a garden shed 10 years ago btw)
You can often find them on our guest lines over - cheers to delicious beer and a lovely day out! 🍻

Yesterday, a bunch of our team visited our pals over at . ULG’ers were guided behind the scenes to the viewing platforms to learn more about N7’s finest beers. From lovely brews like the hazy pale of Panama Creature to Chocolate Cake Fudge Stout and Chicha Sour a Maise Morada Sour. Shoutout Ben for his all his knowledge and for a wonderful afternoon.
