Went full on “Meze Inspired“ for my lunch today...
Hummus, Babaganoush, Tabbouleh, Garlic Paste, Dolmades Rolls, Helix Cheese strings (Turkish 🇹🇷 Cows milk stringy cheese-similar to mozzarella but a bit more sour and softer - tried today for first time 🤤Amazing.... ) all rolled up with 🥕 🥬 🍅 salad 🥗 and wrapped in Lebanese flat bread 🍞... Fresh, Healthy and so damn tasty!
