Make sure you ask for a Merry Spooky Christmas card so your recipient has something to open on Christmas Day.

We can also email you a gift card.

Remember to wrap up warm on events.
Some locations can get very cold as the night goes on. Layers are the best. If it's quite warm then you can take layers off.

Our base room is an ideal location to leave coats and jumpers..

The amazing Peterborough Museum.

Dare you enter the cellars of this foreboding location.

History -

The museum building began as a private house, built in 1816 for a local magistrate named Thomas Cooke.
In 1856 Earl Fitzwilliam bought the property to serve as a hospital.
In 1931 it was purchased by Sir Percy Stewart, who donated it to the Peterborough Natural History, Scientific and Archaeological Society. The society used the house to create a museum of Peterborough's history, and in 1939 a gallery space was added to display art.

Ghosts -

A spirit of a lady has been seen roaming the corridors and stairs. Who is she ?
Also the sound of children giggling has been witnessed here as well as loud footsteps.
