Inside Adobe’s Creative Playground at Create Now London

Adobe’s Create Now London brought together creators, innovators, and visionaries for an evening packed with inspiration at Tate Modern, London. From interactive demonstrations and expert presentations, to cutting-edge ai integration showcases, the event empowered creators to explore new ideas and push creative boundaries.

We took charge of the event production, crafting staging, sound, video, and lighting to capture Adobe's creative spirit. It was a day of tangible ideas, thoughtfully shared and powerfully executed.

A Night with BVLGARI through the lens of their collection

Drawing inspiration from their latest collection, we worked with BVLGARI's on their VIP showcase at the National Gallery. Guests were greeted by an illuminated Portico with the outside columns lit up in the collection’s colours.

Inside, custom bars and a DJ booth featured luxurious mirror gold details and refined paneling, designed to shine against the elegant backdrop of the Gallery. Model podiums, audio, and lighting added the final touches to this memorable evening.

A Sparkling Night at the Tower

We had the pleasure of providing full lighting, sound, and production management for an unforgettable evening hosted by Mappin & Webb at the iconic White Tower, in collaboration with the Crown Jeweller. The challenge? Transforming this historic space in just 50 minutes. Every second was meticulously planned to create a stunning backdrop for a dazzling display of jewellery from Mappin & Webb and their prestigious brand partners.

Creative Inspiration at Rhubarb's Showcase

We were delighted to partner with Rhubarb for their showcase at 8 Bishopsgate last week. Drawing inspiration from warm tones of amber, bronze, and rust, we brought our creative vision to life with touches of luxury throughout. Guests were greeted by a striking 12ft drinks bar, featuring gold mirror tops and a textured rust velvet façade, while the corner stage, dressed in a taupe carpet with gold mirror accents, set the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening. And of course, Rhubarb's exceptional food made it all the more memorable! ✨

Momentum: A Design Narrative

We were thrilled to bring Momentum: A Design Narrative to life at the Design Museum! The exhibition showcased the innovative work of Istituto Marangoni London’s 2024 graduates, with projects spanning product, jewellery, and interior design. Tackling big issues like sustainability and social justice, these emerging designers truly shaped the future of design. It was a pleasure to work with Istituto Marangoni again and return to the Design Museum for another exciting exhibition build.

We launched our EC Event Series with "From OMG to ROI" to explore how modern experience design, anchored in behavioural science, can create both immediate and lasting impact.

Partnering with the fantastic Richard Shotton, we unveiled our EC Experience Design Principles—a powerful formula for memorability, deep engagement, and behavioural change.

A huge thank you to our insightful guest panel, Katie Lansley from Bupa and David Kolundzija from Hitachi Vantara, as well as our very own Kate Connell, who connected these principles to their business experiences. Special thanks to Jessica MacGillivray for sharing our Experience Design Principles and to our amazing guests for allowing us to walk the walk and provide real context to our promise: Making the extraordinary everlasting.

A quarter century of Inflexion

We celebrated Inflexion’s 25th anniversary at the Tate Modern with style and innovation. Guests were welcomed onto the red carpet into the Turbine Hall, flanked by aerial performers under a canopy of light. Drinks were served through the themed champagne wall and the transition to dinner was marked by an LED tunnel followed by a thrilling vertical climb performance. The evening finished with a vibrant after-party in the speakeasy area hidden under the bridge for an unforgettable finale.

A Wedding Showcase to remember at the Old Royal Naval College

We had the pleasure of designing and building bespoke scenic elements for a stunning wedding showcase at the iconic Old Royal Naval College. This Speak Easy-inspired event brought the roaring 20s to life, featuring a custom-built bar and DJ booth, complete with our lighting and audio. The highlight? A central 360° stage for the live Jaxx band that had everyone dancing all night long!

Reflections in Motion at the Painted Hall As part of London Design Festival, we brought Duo to life in the breathtaking Painted Hall at Old Royal Naval College. This stunning structure—built in just three days—uses over 750 meters of mirrored steel and 5,000 acrylic cubes to reflect the theme of duality and interaction. With magnets and sensors, Duo responds to each visitor, transforming their presence into part of the artwork’s rhythm. Our team collaborated with @kirsteenmartincreative and @dlm_events.co.uk, handling the intricate build and installation.
