From jet-setting to Abu Dhabi for The Meeting Space’s luxury forum to meet North American buyers, to showcasing The Londoner’s amazing facilities and exploring the new Raffles London at the OWO, 1 Hotel Mayfair and The Peninsula London. Wrapped up with a serene visit to Beaverbrook Estate🤩

And just like that, 2023 is officially over!

Thank you to our wonderful clients, partners and industry friends for another memorable year of amazing events. This year has been a whirlwind as we delivered events all over the UK and Ireland.

We have been trusted to design, entertain, produce, plan, educate, film and photograph memorable experiences for thousands of clients, and we have loved every minute of it!

As part of a European roadshow, our client chose 155 Bishopsgate to host its London Roadshow.

The venue provided state of the art tech and digital screens with an abundance of flexibility, creativity, and branding opportunities.

Unleashing boundless creativity at Frameless ✨

As our US client FAM trip came to a close, we gathered for a farewell dinner at the extraordinary Frameless, a gateway to a modern world of limitless imagination and unforgettable experiences.

Frameless is an exciting, new venue using innovative technology, and some of the world’s greatest masterpieces in a way no one has done before. We brought alive the art through dance and music with enchanting ballerinas and a DJ set created by ; while took our dining experience to new heights and tantalizing our taste buds!

🌟 Our Team attended a number of Fam trips, learning and meeting with partners across the UK, making sure we stay up to date with the latest in each destination our clients want to visit.

We kicked off our recent FAM Trip with a welcome dinner at this beautiful hidden gem in London. St Ethelburga’s, is nestled in the heart of London and provides a sanctuary of peace and reflection in the heart of the bustling city ✨
 
The venue came to life through careful lighting by paired with an enchanting string trio by , the bright floral designs by , and the innovative catering by who cooked up storm with their expertly tailored menu and flawless service🥂

Discovering the Timeless Charm of Oxford ✨

From admiring architectural marvels, superb wine tastings and uncovering adventure in outdoor games, during a recent incentive, delegates embraced Oxford's vibrant cultural scene and enjoyed a thoughtfully designed programme that finished with an elegant evening at 🥂

Part of the group’s CSR elements to the programme consisted of travelling via , a solar panelled coffee truck, walking tours and a special team building activity where groups built headboards to be donated to children under the wonderful charity

140 delegates, 8 languages with 8 translators, 1 unforgettable event!

From Hong Kong to London, a recent conference for an insurance client was designed to educate, delight and reward! This was our first corporate group from Asia since the pandemic, so we went above and beyond to meet our clients needs when it came to designing a learning experience rich in knowledge and insurance yet focused on history and London’s business background. Part of the programme consisted of Innovation Tours that featured insurance, innovation, and London as the key topics…as you can imagine, nothing existed so we had to create our own!

Experience the royal fashion journey like never before! This week we were lucky enough to step into a world of regal glamour at the Crown to Couture exhibition at Kensington Palace 👑

We were blown away by the carefully curated selection of more than 200 pieces, merging celebrity culture with royal fashion and showcasing how the palace functioned as an early red carpet in the Georgian court.
From Billie Eilish’s Oscar de la Renta gown at the Met Gala, to The Silver Tissue Dress worn during the court of King Charles II, these exquisite gowns and jewels feel even more special by the regal backdrop that has seen countless lavish royal events during the reign of the Georgian monarchs!

An unforgettable experience at the legendary Tottenham Hotspur Stadium! ⚽

Our team had a ball organising a recent conference at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium where they designed a bespoke session focused on the development of the stadium and its role in the regeneration of the Tottenham borough.

Our delegates were blown away by the stunning views, world-class facilities, and the stadium’s sustainability efforts. Joining the UN Race to Zero, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are pledging to reduce its carbon emissions by 50% before 2030 and achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040!
