Absolute dream of a wedding back in September.
A really lovely relaxed and beautiful day. The sun shone, tears, smiles and drinks flowed. A big thanks to all involved from the fantastic venue and staff on site , the florist Leyla , Martin (Photographer) and our excellent team. The place looked wonderful and the food was delicious as always 🧡🤩

we’ve been doing a real variety of delicious buffets to fuel you all!

Some recent additions to our menus include:

⭐️ Happy International Women’s Day ⭐️

As a female-led catering company, we’re so grateful for all of the amazing women who work for us at Canababes 💃

Women have made up the majority of catering roles in the UK for some time 🍾 But while the number of female chefs is rising, the actual percentage of women in professional kitchens has gone down: 18.5% recorded in 2016 to 17% in 2023

We believe in the importance of having women in professional culinary roles to create an accessible and approachable atmosphere in the kitchen 🤗 And are always looking to have new chefs and kitchen assistants to join our friendly team!

👩‍🍳 Keep on trucking ladies, we got this 💪

• Courgettes with burrata and smoked almonds
• Beetroot cured salmon with pickled cucumber and lemon aioli

❄️ Winter vegetables are a personal favourite here at Canababes 🌱

We think it’s important to serve up menus with seasonal produce for you to get the best flavour out of our food 😋 And squash is a delicious option to warm us up during these wintery nights!

• Roast Delica Squash with Ricotta and Sage Brown Butter
• Butternut Squash Risotto with Pancetta

🎄What a beautiful event this was🎄

We had an amazing time serving festive cocktails, canapés and bowl food at ‘s beautiful store in Hatton Garden!

The menu included:
• Rare Beef Skewers with a coffee and smoked paprika rub
• Confit Garlic and Goats Curd Toast with dukkah
• Marmitako Tuna with Roasted Chickpea bowl
• Wild Mushroom, truffle and prune Cannelloni with pine nuts

We loved being a part of this fantastic Christmas party filled with a room of food lovers 😋🥳

We served up a great cocktail menu as well, which included:
🍊Vermouth Rosso and soda garnished with oranges and olives
🍋 Gin and Tonic with sugared rosemary and lemon
