This week was Very North India week for me

One of my client wanted an evening like the good old days of Delhi
asked if i can make the parathe wali gali alive in London but in the middle of the week and as always took the challenge and created the menu with his help and called it "London mein Delhi ki Parathe wali gali", (Aloo, Panner, Gobi, Muli, Mixed, Meetha).

Before could breath another good friend/client asked for "Punjabi Thali", Sarson ka saag Makai ki Roti and accomplishments for a Saturday family gathering.
