I would like you to meet a very special little man. Welcome to the world Baby Odin, born yesterday, 21st November at 10:46am weighing exactly 8lb on the dot! I was incredibly lucky to have such an amazing pregnancy, so when delivery didn't go to plan, I still felt incredibly lucky and he's just perfect. I'm so in love 😍

Also huge shout out to maternity staff who have gone above and beyond for us even though short staffed and under immense pressure.

My incredibly talented, clever, generous, hard working and utterly gorgeous neice Rosie made me this cake for the baby shower my fantastic sister threw me. It was amazingly tasty and light with freshly whipped cream and pomegranate inside. I've been utterly spoilt this weekend by friends and family. I feel so loved and lucky to have so many wonderful people in my life 😍😉🥰♥️

I made this cake for Edie who shares my birthday in September. She's honestly the coolest 9 year old I know. Every year the cakes are so fun and creative. This year Edie wanted a red velvet style drip cake and it looked turned 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

So, at Splatter and Platter we have some news.....

I won my very own baking competition and have a baby boy bun in the oven, which will be fully baked early this November.

I'll be taking a break to prepare and have the baby from this September until January 2023.
