Fun wedding .uk for the lovely Hannah and Dean. This gig loving couple had some lovely quirky touches. The mammary wedding favors, The old rotary phone where you could leave a message, the Polaroid cake topper. Italian sharing menu from us… a few pics of the canapés. Nailed the courgetti fritti which I was pleased about after finding I’d frozen the bottle of sparking water I needed just before I was ready to make and serve them. They need cold water but not that cold 🤪

lucked out at their end of summer party with probably summers last bit of sun. Selection of world street-food inspired canapés (bacon rolls with brown sauce is kind of street-food) Favourite on the night was our vegan pakora chat bowl.

Vegetable pakora, spinach, mango chutney, tamarind sauce, mint raita, coriander chutney, roasted fava, sev, pomegranates, micro coriander. There’s a lot going on!

Considering the amount of requests we are receiving it’s not to early to mention the C word 🎄

For corporate clients we offer festive canapés/bowls/family style sharing menus.

But also a 3 course plated meal. We can execute this pretty much anywhere. Just need access to power and water. So if you’re looking to hold your Christmas event at your office this year we can bring the restaurant.

For weddings we specialise in sharing/feasting menus. We current have Italian, Spanish, Aegean, Lebanese and Modern British inspired menus. If you are like Eve & Elliot who couldn’t make a decision over what one they wanted… no problem! Have a mix! They went with our classic British sharing board along with Italian antipasti for their starters yesterday. Problem solved :)

Team work makes the dream work. Truly blessed that our team is so TIGHT. Many of us have been together now for such a long time (in and out of work) When we welcome new members to Team Gents the feedback is that they are make to feel so very welcome and that is thanks to this lot here in these pics.

Tonight was just so easy, so chilled and was so well executed… And it is because of them ❤️

We executed our Middle Eastern sharing menu as a hot buffet. Which is an option we offer to all our couples when budget needs to be watched closely. We had a lovely day and the sun came out for the boys & their guests.

We like to keep our little guests entertained at our weddings and provide these for under 7’s. Sandwich, sausage roll, hummus, carrot sticks, soreen mini loaf, grapes, crisps & drinks. There are puzzles, crayons. colouring-in, rocket balloons, and finger puppets ❤️ Simple but effective.

Rainy evening in London Town but that didn’t stop people turning out for for a product launch Our brief was to design vibrant drinks and canapés containing ingredients that were conducive to good skin health. So think Rosemary, Hibiscus, Tomato, Spinach, Pineapple, Coconut Water. Ant being from a creative visual background enjoyed watching the install… he was too busy to join in :)

Busy week with Burns Night. Whisky tastings and traditional Scottish fare. We have a proven track record of smashing office lunches/dinners out of the park and can weave in experiential content. Was lovely to get together with the team for our first corporate events of 2024.

I made cheese! From scratch!
This is Crowdie… all you need is whole milk, rennet, citric acid, a saucepan and a thermometer. It’s a traditional Scottish soft curd cheese of the Highlands and Islands. Perfect with smoked salmon and oatcakes for Burns Night.
