This World Menopause Awareness Month, the Waf. team came together over a cuppa to open up an important conversation.

With 64% of our team identifying as women, we’re passionate about ensuring every woman in the workplace feels supported and empowered.

We invited Emma, female health nutritionist and entrepreneur, to host an insightful masterclass on eating for perimenopause and beyond, raising awareness about the changes women experience and how we can better support each other.

Normalising conversations about menopause is essential to creating an inclusive, empathetic workplace. We’re proud to operate an environment where everyone is welcome to join these discussions, no matter how they identify.

From reducing waste at events, to supporting education both locally and overseas, to certifying 27 teammates in neurodiversity awareness, our 2023–2025 B Impact Report shares how we’ve been turning values into action.

For us, being a B Corp isn’t just a badge. It’s a journey that helps us reflect not only on what we stand for, but how we live those values every day. It pushes us to go beyond good intentions and put real structure behind our commitments.
