✨🎉 This year we celebrated Oktoberfest in style by transforming the Thomas Kemper Salon in Munich, into an Oktoberfest haven for . From designing a stunning photo wall adorned with lush foliage and blue florals to curating an irresistible pretzel stand featuring a delicious variety, we created a vibrant ‘Get Ready With Me’ experience that dazzled our guests. 🥨💖 With custom hand drawn portraits by and glam styling, everyone left with unforgettable memories and a taste of German festivities! 📸

We had an amazing time with Dynamic Yield by at their Personalisation Pioneers 2024 event! We had the pleasure of taking over the iconic to cook up some awesome bespoke immersive experiences. 

From fresh branded prints, signage and stage design to a glowing light tunnel photo op, silkscreen tattoos and tailored tour merch... Our goal was to make sure every guest walked out with a smile and a lasting impression of our client’s game-changing product. It was all about creating personalised experiences that kept people talking.

Our fifth and final key area is Education. 📚

We regularly share learnings as a team, showcasing new and responsible products, reviewing and discussing learnings, and celebrating wins. 🎉

We meet monthly to introduce and discuss new suppliers and their responsible credentials, offering our clients better alternatives and solutions for their events.

We are testing and implementing new ways of working on a quarterly basis, ensuring we capture learnings and stay agile to new practices that help us all work towards more responsible events. 🌱

We’re always striving to make our business a force for good, and to put at the heart of all we do. Today we’re showcasing the second of our five key areas that we’ve identified where we can make the greatest impact within our industry and our work.

Our second key area is Catering 🥗🥂

We tailor menus based on seasonality minimising food miles and reducing red meat consumption. 🐄 ⬇️ We also pair with local partners to avoid surplus food ending up in the bin.

We appointed to supply the catering for this landmark event, serving up food from British higher welfare farms.👩‍🍳

On International Women’s Day, We worked collaboratively to deliver a selected menu based on real time guest numbers, which offered a variety of tasty treats while also reducing waste.

Heading onto day two, attendees were empowered with insights on leveraging AI to skyrocket their businesses! A huge shoutout to our incredible partners who helped bring this event to life!
