By day, The Haven at festival was a sunlit sanctuary for conversation and connection. Guests sipped cocktails and coffee, joined Michelin-starred food demos, and savoured his BBQ creations. In the Audi Kitchen, served a bespoke dining menu, while ‘In Conversation With’ sessions and live music brought people together. Golden light wrapped it all in warmth, until sunset, when light changed everything.

A flagship launch isn’t just about the product.
It’s about the feeling and the opportunity to connect people through the brand. 
For .tech, we designed a guest journey for 1,000 people that was anything but passive.
An immersive entrance that tracked your movement
A group photo rig + selfie pods (because content is currency)
A fashion forward petanque court running the length of Room 02, packed all night
A futuristic Zoom Lab to test the phone’s camera features
A record store where you could mix vinyls and test the new headphones, for sound and style
Guests were engaged, excited, and completely in the moment.

From the first invite to the final cocktail, we designed every detail of this exclusive pre-seed event for to feel effortless, elevated, and unforgettable.

Inside an iconic London members’ club, we curated every touchpoint: bespoke demo stations invited hands-on exploration, playful mirror installations sparked creativity, and edible vapour bubbles added a touch of the unexpected to every cocktail. Nail art activations, premium gifting, and beautifully served canapés and bowl food brought extra layers of discovery and delight throughout the space.

With brand ambassadors delivering seamless, white-glove service, every guest felt part of something truly special. Because when the details are this good, the stories tell themselves.

Waf partnered with to create an exclusive, invite-only moment, designed to inspire and excite a handpicked group of creators, press, and culture-shapers. All to get hands-on with the latest in wearable AI before hitting Glasto and the summer circuit.

From design & branding through to curated props & activations, every element worked hard to build love for the brand and spark stories worth sharing, all in true festival spirit.

The result? An intimate sneak peek that’s set to turn heads (and lenses) this summer. 🌙🕶️

🍸 Branded ice cubes & cocktail toppers
📝 Hand-stitched menus & embroidered napkins hiding real Reddit answers
💬 Scratch-to-reveal coasters sparking curiosity
🌿 Local blooms, maximalist tablescapes, curated gifting

Rick Astley and James Blake each took to the stage we designed just for them. Rick sharing stories that set the tone and James closing the night with an intimate performance under the summer sky.
