We are passionate about providing both our corporate and private clients with a complete catering service which is individually tailored.

Jackie Filmer Bespoke Food was established in 2005 after seeing a gap in the market for bespoke menus, visually stunning and great tasting food at a very competitive price, coupled with exceptional personal service at the smaller end of the market. No two events are the same and therefore we don't provide a "one size fits all" approach. We are based in London and are happy to travel anywhere in th

e South East, and can also travel further afield if required. Canape functions, working lunches, business buffets, private parties and product launches are some of the many events that Jackie Filmer Bespoke Food deals with on a daily basis. Clients include fashion houses, hedge funds, charities, media companies and management consultancies, as well as many private clients who book us for important events such as milestone birthdays, Christmas canapé parties, family buffets, summer garden parties, christenings, small weddings and private dinners. Our clients return time after time based on the fabulous food and attention to detail that we have become known for.

Gorgeous bubbly focaccia ready for a sandwich lunch today. Slightly chewy and loaded with olive oil and sea salt. Seriously hard to resist when straight out of the oven, in fact just hard to resist. There are never any leftovers down our way.

A different take on steak and chips. Cubes of fillet steak and fried potato on a stick with bearnaise and crispy onions. What a tasty mouthful. Not sure one is enough!

We love this crisp clean looking canapé. Charcoal cups with ricotta, pea purée, peas , baby broad beans and a shaving of pecorino. A burst of freshness when most of your canapés are richer.

Soffritto! Every chef’s friend, here slowly sweating before turning it into a rich tomato and basil soup for a lunch tomorrow to go with some of our gourmet sandwiches. The combination of onion, celery, carrot and garlic is the perfect base for so much. Not immediately identifiable but you would notice that something was missing if it was not there.

Vegan and gluten free cup cakes, actually very tasty. Jacks was determined to make a cake that did not taste too worthy and she did!!

Todays veggie option was mixed vegetable rosti with griddled halloumi and spicy chutney. There is something mesmeric about watching them fry! Bonus was that leftovers turned into staff treats with bacon, egg and brown sauce.

This tasty little morsel was on a party menu this week. Marbled herby chicken terrine with slow roast cherry tomato, tomato chutney and basil mayo on in house focaccia. We can make it in both canapé and finger food sizes.

Perfect autumn canapé. Pastry galette with butternut purée, tiny roast cubes of butternut and spiced candied seeds. Can be made as a great vegan option too.

Lovely seasonal pumpkin muffins ready for breakfast today. Moist, light, fluffy and not too sweet with the right amount of spice. It is the law in the kitchen that there are always a few too many for tasting purposes. Pretty good mid morning treat for the team!!

Another board for one of our new menus, this time Asian. Summer rolls, chicken sate and spring onion pancakes. Something to nibble on along with two composite salads and proving really popular. Perfect working lunch.

Just managed to get these quick pics of our homemade kimchi before we used it all on yesterdays job. So easy so Dolls will get a bigger batch on the go on Monday. Store bought seems to be all carrot!!

Frequently requested, our vegan jewelled cauliflower salad. Ras al hanout roasted cauli on a bed of borlotti beans, carrot, cucumber, dates and sultanas served with a turmeric, ginger and tahini dressing. Worthy and tasty!!!

A Middle Eastern / med board went out today as part of a working buffet lunch. Consisting of carrot falafel,roast veg and hummus parcels, zalouk, halllumi with sesame and honey and Greek salad. Something for everyone.

One of our new bowls,a vegan take on a bibimbap. Quinoa, tofu, lots of veggies topped with kimchi. From tomorrow it will be our own in house kimchi that Dolly has been lovingly nurturing at home. This salad is proving to be a new favourite as both a bowl and part of a buffet.
