Mentored by Gordon Ramsay, Giorgio developed a unique insight into the art of cocktail making and shakes up the most delicious and notoriously playful cocktail recipes. Passionate about artisan ingredients in his pursuit of the perfectly ‘Notorious Cocktail’, Giorgio curates a stunning signature cocktail menu full of unrivalled creations and masterfully delicious cocktails.
