Only two weeks to go until Sónar Festival takes over Barcelona for three days of forward-thinking music, creativity and digital art.

For the first time, Printworks join forces with the pioneering dance music festival as a co-host of the legendary SonarLab stage.

Featuring a mix of live acts and DJ sets from the likes of Octave One, Ki/Ki, Eliza Rose b2b Dan Shake b2b Sally C and salute, the Printworks x SonarLab stage promises to be one of the highlights of the event with a new vertical screen and state-of-the-art production.

This June, we’re joining forces with one of electronic music’s most respected institutions: Sónar Festival.

Exploring the intersection between dance music, innovation and digital art, the Sonarlab x Printworks stage will bring together a handpicked selection of boundary-pushing DJs, producers and live acts.

Highlights include Detroit techno royalty Octave One performing live, a long-awaited b2b between party-starters Eliza Rose, Dan Shake & Sally C as well as CASISDEAD [live], salute, Marie Montexier b2b Mor Elian, KI/KI [live] and many more.

For two nights only, Printworks will take over Barcelona.

For the Closing Weekend, we commissioned the work of acclaimed international studio С Е Т А П to enhance the physical perception of the space and transform the Press Halls with bespoke lighting and stage design.

The Setup team merged the boundaries of multimedia art for an other-worldly experience for the guests in attendance for our final shows.

Part of the beauty of Printworks was that it is so many different things to so many people.

It adapted to suit whatever we all needed from it and together we have all proven how good it can be. We cannot thank you enough for your support.

Drum & Bass has always held a special place at Printworks.

Some of the most iconic brands that have shaped, inspired and given birth to critical movements have joined us in the Press Halls over the years.

Having the iconic pairing of Subfocus & Dimension bring tonight’s exhibition of drums to a close was a truly fitting end to this historic chapter.

Powerhouse duo CAMELPHAT wrapped up the second show of our closing weekend with a 90-minute exploration of the melodic side of dance music, featuring their own productions and hidden gems.

Other highlights of this unforgettable day include influential Swiss duo Adriatique as well as boundary-pushing sets from the likes of Mind Against, NTO, Carlita and many more.
