For all you lovely lot that know me and my business, live close or who give a s@ #! 😆 I'll be celebrating my 40th birthday this Saturday the 7th at the Royal Arsenal, SUMMER LATE, in Artillery Square. If you haven't been to a SUMMER LATE this year, then don't miss it as sadly it's the last one of the year. The event runs from 12-8pm but I'll be celebrating from 2pm by the drinks traders area 🎉 I will have 🍰 cake and treats at 4pm.

As well as my little local bar the Bonnie & Rose Bar selling cocktails, there will be loads of other fabulous local traders there selling all sorts of delicious goodies. Coffee from Chealsons Coffee The best Beer from The Green Goddess wine from Rare Italian Wine and HEAPS of amazing local food traders, Locanda Badin Rapandrol Burritos back-a-yard grill Tapas Bravas Eat Meat Cheese Repeat and many more.

Mean OldTimers Classic Car and Motorcycle Club Greenwich will be there with their amazing convoy of classic cars. Lord Ant B will be spinning some upbeat tunes and Tilly Pantlin blasting out the ballads 🎵🎶🎼

I will not be working the bar, this means I can mingle and catch up with everyone. Looking forward to seeing you there 💕🍰🍸🍹🥃🍾 Cheers!!!!

Due to me having surgery 2 days ago, we will be closed this week, sorry for any inconvenience. We look forward to seeing you next at the SUMMER LATE on the 7th of September when we will be celebrating MY 40TH BIRTHDAY 🎊 🎉

Please pop the date in your diary and come and help me celebrate in style. My husband and a lovely friend will be holding the bar that day so that I can be free to mingle, catch up with everyone, eat cake and hopefully enjoy a cocktail if I'm feeling better by then 🙌🏼🙏🏼

Sorry for the silence, I'm just back from a wonderful place called Essaouira in Morocco. My husband surprised me not only with this amazing holiday but also with a babysitter for 5 days. We had the most incredible time eating good Moroccan tagine food, sampling the cocktails, visiting art galleries, spotting cats in baskets, walking through the busy markets and most importantly enjoying each others company and laughing lots. It was such a fun long weekend 💕 Thank you hubs. I am back in London now and off to pick up my little one and I CANNOT WAIT for a big squish, we really missed her so much 🥰

Essaouira is a beautiful little port city on Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Its medina (old town) is protected by 18th-century seafront ramparts called the Skala de la Kasbah, which were designed by European engineers. Old brass cannons line the walls, and there are ocean views. Strong "Alizée" trade winds make the city’s crescent beach popular for surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. Essaouira is nicknamed 'The windy city' for good a reason 🌬️

Currently happening in Artillery Square Woolwich 🦖 we have a very friendly dinosaur roaming around. Later we have DJ Lord Ant bringing the tunes until 7pm tonight.

We are trading NOW at Dial Arch Square until 8pm. It's not me there though it's my handsome hubs standing in as barmen as I'm not feeling too great.

There is Two more hours to get down grab some delicious food from or and grab a slushy mojito, Pimm's or margarita. The boozy slushies are going down a treat in this super hot weather.

Happy Friday all. Just a little note to say that we will not be trading tonight OR Sunday and Dial Arch square but we will be at the SUMMER LATE tomorrow. Look out for our super cute flowery gazebo.

We have loads of fab entertainment on, plus local food and drinks vendors. Please bring your iPads, computers and phones with you to watch the match and celebrate with us.

We will be at the back beside coffee cab and will have a huge range of cocktails and mocktails on offer.

What an absolutely fantastic night I had on Saturday at House of Denna with the fabulous Miss Leigh Ding. We had a great crowd in, amazing dramatics from the queen herself and the cocktails were flowing. I can't wait until the next one ♥️🩷

The cherry on top though was my bestie was in town and staying the night with me. She had a awesome time too 🥰

Due to a super quiet day I have decided to close up early. I'll be packing up for the next 30min or so, so will still be trading but I will be leaving by 6pm tonight instead of 8pm.

Most of you already know (as I have reached out to many individually) but if you don't I have some exciting news. I've been working with an amazing charity WSUP for many weeks now. Creating all types of cool art around mental health, well-being, mindfulness, self-love and positive reinforcement.

It's a real pinch me moment, but the art that we created will be showcasing at Woolwich Works from the 31st of May until the 2nd of June. The launch party on the 30th of June from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. is already SOLD OUT! However, you can still come and view all the artwork and purchase anything you see with the yellow sticker. Money raised from sales will be split between the artists (WSUP guests) and the charity and will help raise funds for future mental health and well-being activities.

Please come along and show your support for me as I raise awareness for mental health and the other artists Lucia colella .tothetate who are highlighting democracy and homelessness with their incredible art. And of course for WSUP who are a wonderful charity doing incredible things for vulnerable people in the Royal borough of Greenwich.
