📢 Important Update to Our Booking Policy 📢

Over the past couple of years, we’ve seen a growing trend of large group bookings where only a fraction of the expected guests actually show up. While we understand plans can change, this has had a significant impact on our ability to serve everyone efficiently.

💡 To ensure a smoother experience for all, here’s what you need to know about our updated booking policy:

🔸 Exact Numbers Are Required When Confirming Your Booking
We need a confirmed headcount when you book. To allow for some flexibility, we’ll accommodate a leeway of up to 2 people over or under your confirmed number.

🔸 48 Hours’ Notice for Changes
If your group size changes, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

🔸 Payment for No-Shows
If fewer people attend than expected, you will be charged for your confirmed number minus two. For example, if you book for 13 and only 10 show up, you’ll need to pay for 11 places.

We understand this is a change, but it’s one we feel is necessary to ensure fairness and consistency for everyone who visits us.
