On Mothers Day we were overwhelmed with orders and are only getting to the end of it today my number 07933594421 for anyone we may have missed and I sincerely apologise . Creggan and and Clooney shop were closed most of last week hence the reason maybe why voice mails may not have been answered to I sorted this disaster out. I have not been avoiding anyone I've been in Whitehouse 71266616 all week to 9pm at night such was the volume of orders we are trying to sort out. We have been doing deliveries to customers from last Monday 15th March who still want flowers, we were overwhelmed inundated, over 1000 orders came in a space of 24hrs and I sincerely apologise we live in challenging times. A lot of people on Facebook are slandering me at the minute and trying to destroy me and my business which I'm quite aware off. My focus at the minute is to fulfil what orders I can and refund customers. I understand and sincerely apologise.
I have answered every phone call myself should it have been diverted calls from Creggan, Clooney, to my mobile or Whitehouse itself. I have done every refund myself and apologised again. With the help of Maria, Christy, and Carol Ann we have delivered 158 plus orders since Monday 15th March and I have refunded 83 customers so far. I'm nearly at the end of it hopefully cleared up after tomorrow.
I understand people's frustration but there is two sides to a story.
People in Derry talk about mental health and su***de but some are quick at trying to take a person down or put a business to the wall.
Also I don't like texts as people can percieve things wrong and maybe pick at things in todays society when you speak or your tone maybe high it is percieved wrong.
As a gesture we are donating £200 to the Foyle Prevention Team who are doing invaluable work in our city.
With the help of a friend we are in the process of updating to a computerised system in an effort to avoid this ever happening again.
