What a year. Launching a catering business in the middle of a pandemic seems like madness, but when you have a great team, great partners, awesome suppliers and wonderful customers anything is possible. 90th’s, 50th’s, wakes, international golf tournaments, curry banquet for 130 Gurkhas, Christmas lunches, supper club, 3 course dinners, Sunday roasts, pro-am golf days, private dining catering, 3 golf club franchises, oven ready meals - we’ve covered a lot ground. An amazing team of head chefs; apprentice chefs and our awesome posse of front of house and kitchen support staff. Thank you to all our customers, awesome suppliers and partners for supporting us; and our friends and families who we couldn’t have done it without. Here’s to whatever 2022 brings 🥂 👊

We are an enterprising Bristol based catering business that currently operates three golf club kitchen franchises; supper clubs; and other private catering events.

We are looking for a kitchen assistant / apprentice to join our team at Filton Golf Club. The role is ideally full time, but could be part time and we would be particularly interested in someone keen to pursue an apprenticeship and career in catering. Candidates should be aged 16 or over; hard working and have an interest in cooking or food.

Hourly rate dependent on age and experience. You be well supported and trained to enable you to develop and grow with the business.

You will be responsible for waiting tables, taking food out / clearing plates, friendly customer service as well as helping out washing up and odd jobs in the kitchen. I can clearly remember standing in my grandfathers kitchen 35 odd years ago, showing me how to cure salmon. He inspired my love of food, and was the inspiration to set up my own business. Putting this dish out took me right back to that kitchen.
