Spring wedding for Jessica & Charlie, at Grangefield wedding venue near Ashbourne Derbyshire. Jessica wanted bright seasonal blooms for her wedding bridesmaids, for the groomsmen pocket boutonnières. Her bridal bouquet was an oval hand tied, consisting of peonies, spray roses, lisianthus, clematis,narsissus, cornflowers and tulips.

What a sad week . It was such an honour to be asked to prepare Adams tribute flowers for the Panthers gathering on Saturday. Flowervision Nottingham have been a sponsor of the Panthers for many years and Katie’s design was wonderful.
Ice hockey fans worldwide were shaken by Adams death and his legacy will change the way the game is played. A great player and a fine gentleman.

Floral Hat Boxes were the theme. We had some great results, all participants took home a fabulous design.

Well , what a busy few days building up to the wedding at Hazel Gap Barn Nottinghamshire.
A lot of hours work bringing this one in but the results were just what I wanted. Thanks to Flowervision Nottingham for supplying the most beautiful fresh flowers, over 1000 stems everyone perfect. Huge thanks to my helpers, Jean Fordham, Danielle Tunaley, Julie, and Megan Bentley, without their help I could not have done this wedding. Emma and Neil for supply tea and sandwiches throughout Sunday to keeps us going. Max & Kimber for fetching and carrying Monday and Tuesday morning , and putting up with my anxiety!
The pictures say it all.
Flowers used: Secret Garden, Sweet Avalanche, The Dorchester rose,Porcelaina spray rose, white and pink/green hydrangea , cream lisianthus,.
Foliage: Oak leaf, Seeded eucalyptus, French Ruscus .

Pumpkins galore! This Thursday I’m running a workshop at Quorn Flower Club. We’re makeing autumnal pumpkins using fresh flowers.
I spent an hour at Mr Pumpkin in Derby yesterday collecting so beautiful pumpkins, so many colours available!
