We were both quite apprehensive about the first dance, as we are both terrible dancers who don’t love being the centre of attention! So how does it work?

• I’ll chat to you about you as a couple and your song choice (this can change, no pressure!)
• I’ll come to your house (or mine!) and we’ll spend between an hour / hour and a half learning some basic moves
• If you like, during the lesson, we can string them together into a routine (but you don’t have to!)
• We’ll film you so you can watch back and practice as many times as you like before the big day!

“I was absolutely petrified to dance in front of people at our wedding! I have two left feet and no rhythm which aren't the ideal combination. Louise gave me the confidence that I could do it. She taught me and my husband several moves that we could tie together for our first dance. This meant we didn't need to do a full on routine, we could just do a move when we got the urge. Hi! I’m Louise and I’m on a one woman mission to ban the ‘stand and sway’!

I know that for many couples, your first dance can be the part of your wedding that you are least looking forward to.

But I’m here to help!

Dancing to your favourite song, with your favourite person should be a moment of joy ❤️
I’m not about choreographing full, cringy routines! I work with couples and teach them a few key moves that they can learn together and easily pull off on the big day.

I believe that everyone can dance, you might just need a little help! 🤍
