Fearon Hall is a large community organisation that welcomes all areas of the community with open arms.Home to many social and activity groups Fearon Hall also provides an excellent environment to meet and chat throughout the day with a well appointed cafe with a delicious menu to keep hunger pangs at bay - so if its a cuppa and a cake or a hot breakfast or midday dinner, our cafe does the lot!

Next weekend is our Festive Special when The green Place will be decorated with magical lights and projections so Father Christmas will stop and meet some lucky children.
All included in ticket price is;
- short festive films shown undercover in our marquee
- Santa's Front Room for you to explore
- sweet Treat and gift
- a private audience with Father Christmas round the camp fire
- craft making in the Elves Workshop
- Marshmallow toasting
- Shadow puppet play
- Magical lights and projections all around the garden
- 5 free books per family, for you to choose from our Book Hut.
and a Tree planted for every child!

So lots to see and do. The cafe, (complete with roaring fire) and bar will be open too.
Adults are welcome without children (excluding Santa, marshmallow toasting, craft extra).

Save the date for Loughborough Lates! Friday 6th September 6-8 pm. We are delighted to be hosting another Loughborough Lates event at Fearon Hall along with other venues in Loughborough. Our exhibition, 'Here There Everywhere' brings together the work of 4 artists, exploring themes such as our inaction in the face of climate change, creating order out of chaos, community and connection. More details to follow soon. Please come and support the event.

Rehearsals were taking place into the evening today for what we are sure is going to be a beautiful and special day of connection on Saturday. Eva and William will be performing Taiwanese and British folk songs, Leo has created a beautiful art installation, Abbey will be offering a weaving activity, Remi delicate papermaking and William, when he's not accompanying Eva in guitar , will help you create small, intriguing hanging objects out of clay.

Not to be missed. Family Community Day Saturday 3rd August on the Parish Green. Our art interns have prepared art activities and music for you to enjoy and take part in. Here, Eva is practicing for her 4 performances which will take place at various locations throughout the day.

And the blessing and sharing of food marks the conclusion of today's celebration of the inauguration of Ram Janmabhoumi Mandir. Thank you to Loughborough's Anand Mangal ladies for sharing this celebration with us.

Celebrating the inauguration of Ram Janmabhoumi which took place today in India, Loughborough's Anand Mangal ladies participate in several ceremonial activities at Fearon Hall this morning including performing the beautifully rhythmic stick dance, Dandiya.
